I really don’t see how people can get to this weight and then feel entitled to get benefits because they are “unable to work”… The UK is waaaaaay too lenient when it comes to giving lazy people money for free. I understand why these people eat excessively. Sugar is addictive, it creates mood swings, it can be comforting but mostly it is killing you. Poor people eat because they are bored, lazy, ignorant and often depressed. Obesity and its associated illnesses such as diabetes and heart disease are now the leading cause of deaths. Governments don't care, they are in the pocket of big pharma and food companies.
