Good job, Brandi. These remind me more of nebula, where galaxies typically have a "whirlpool" shape to them. Still they are beautiful, and I hope my first attempt will be 1/2 as beautiful as they turned out. They'll make excellent conversation pieces when you have company over for drinks and you break out those beautiful coasters.

Just curious if the clear resin was the top or if the gold flake resin is designed to be top?

Be careful if you get an actual heat gun. They get super hot really fast. You just really want to keep your distance because it can and will melt your molds.

Those turned out really pretty! To get the straight lines, you could lay a popsicle stick or ruler across the mold and rest the tip of the liner against it as you go. 😉
