I enjoy watching all the video information on the Bering yachts from the hull to the mast. I'm on my way to become part of the Bering family with a purchase of a Bering 77'. Keep up the great work. you're all doing a wonderful job. Sincerely Bill

I absolutely LOVE this series. I learned so much and really appreciate you taking us along with you...but....where is the information, videos and insight into the BOAT in the entire series? The BOAT should be the main character in all your travle stories...and we never saw it ☹️. I was hoping to see so much of the vessel and was left really disappointed. All we heard each morning is that you traveled throughout the night and got to your destination in the morning. I wish we would have seen a tour, and seen the rooms and how everyone fit in. I wanted to see the crew doing their jobs and telling us about how great it is to do their job on a Bering. I want to see te capt navigating overnight and all the cool hardware he has to work with. I want to see the boat in high seas, and how comfortableeverone was (or was not). I want to see docking and undocking and using the sonar when entering anchorages and marinas.....theres just soooo much you could have shown us. Again, I love that you took us with you but we never saw the main character of the show....and that's THE BOAT. If you continue to do this series please show us more. I love Bering!

Pertaining to fuel tanks, why are there one main tank and smaller extra tanks instead of two main tanks to switch one to one when needed? Thanks William

It was the island of Thera. It blew up and caused huge tidal waves that spread out and wiped out an entire population who had been expanding around the coast. The tidal waves were three hundred feet high.

I quit eating octopus for a different reason. One day I was walking down the beach, and I found an octopus who had washed up on shore. Without my helping, hand, it surely would have died right there. I picked it up and put it in the water. The little guy took a moment to get his act together, and then swam over and embraced my foot with his tentacles. He was most certainly showing gratitude. I did a little homework, and found these creatures are extremely intelligent. And although I used to love to eat them, I haven't eaten one since that day.

The data collected so far indicates that the boats involved in interactions are usually fiberglass monohull sailboats, around 40 feet in length. The orcas seem particularly interested in rudders, with spade rudders attracting the most attention. Based on this, it seemed to me that they would not be interested in Papillon. However, for the sake of the boat, the crew, and the orcas, I still researched what scientists recommend for behavior when orcas are sighted. "GT Orca Atlantica" also provides a map with the reported locations of all sightings and interactions, and I made an effort to avoid the areas with concentrated activity as much as possible.

Alexei I have loved Superyacht Walkthrough videos since 2016/2017. Becoming friends on media with Victoria and Rico & enjoying many other awesome channels. I have two saved Albums so far with thousands of Walkthrough videos. I've seen vessels from 20ft upto the Mega Behemoth Yachts. Seen many innovations. However the day Victoria and Rico met up with you, changed everything. This is My personal opinion Sir. Which I don't think will take a few years, but a lot sooner. Bering is going to be the World Leader in Yachting (Heard it here first). The Bering name is already huge. The constant innovations and keywords like Safety Safety Safety industry standard equipment, sets you apart from nearly every Shipyard. Your interchangeable tech and mechanical and other features are just brilliant. An older vessel updated quicker than other cards, as You think 5 no 10 no probably 15 to 20 years ahead. The way you are also breaking into other vessel types & classifications. Is backed up with your recent Powercat vessel. Bering will have most vessel types in its inventory very quickly. Like car company's back in the 30s to 90s. Where the brand was on cars, buses, lorries, coaches, vans. Catering for virtually every vehicle type even some having motorbikes etc. Where most shipyards have limited capabilities to expand into other vessel types. Bering clearly is ahead. Alexei I think you'll be like the Henry Ford in the ship building world. I'm sure others will try to emulate the concept. But Bering is ahead in so many ways. If (Sorry positive vibes) or when I win the Euro 100 to 200 million lottery. I'm visiting your Shipyard with Victoria and Rico if they wanted to film a video. I'd definitely buy a used or new build Bering yacht. Maybe even both. I cannot wait to see Bering 5 years from now. Even you may probably not recognise it compared to today. That's how much I believe in Bering. Unfortunately being a 52yr old Disabled British Army Veteran from UK. My days of being at Sea as a Deckhand/Bosun & Coxswain/Helmsman are long gone. So my bucketlist Superyacht dream is as a VIP guest on a cross Atlantic trip. As I have my ticket, I have just as good a chance as any. So see you in the future (Even this loony old eccentric fool can dream lol). Such a beautiful vessel to cross the pond in.

🍀 thank you for hitting on what happens to crew. So close to each other to me it’s amazing how the crew is picked and from different locations of the globe different languages and do you get a choice and from the time the vessel is put in the water and you do sea trials when do you think about crew and how?
@fıratgürelli
@fıratgürelli Ай бұрын
Glad you enjoyed the stream. Allow me to answer your question: Usually, from the time the vessel is in the water, a captain is selected, either via direct interviews or through agencies. It is not uncommon that a whole crew is selected either but usually the captain chooses and builds his/her own crew. Lately, with the industry becoming more and more popular, people all around the world want to work on yachts and there are many people from all over the world applying to positions. Each captain has their own method of selecting crew, i.e. what they want to see, what they value in a person, how they conduct the selection process etc... It is always a tricky situation, as humans are never simple. But with a good selection process and a little bit of luck, a very good environment can be created onboard. I am lucky in that regard and happy to say that I made the right decision with my team :)

On your crossing you said that you thought a bouy was the mast of a sail boat and had to investigate it in a pile of trash in middle of Atlantic. Did anyone take pictures of trash floating out there. I wanted to see it as you really don't expect to see something that is a shame trash is being dumped out there.

Unfortunately we did not take any pictures of the trash. We probably should have… Most likely they drifted there from nearby land. But the amount of it was surprising to me, sadly.

@fıratgürelli- it's sad to think there is all that trash out there. Next time, if you happen to see it again, it should be documented for the world to see what they are doing to our oceans. Thanks for answering my question. Good luck in your future crossings. ❤️🧜‍♂️🔱👍🫠
