I would pay thousands to hear Eddie Vedder sing this song.

I have heard this song a lot of times in the past, and I loved it, but never bothered to read the lyrics until now. I can relate to it even more now. Devin Townsend is one of the most brilliant men in metal music.

Ya know, back then when this album did come out, I was somewhat in a strange place in the internet, but today, yeah its like an odd lyrical track, but I dedicated this to my sister's puppy..

Towards the finale of the song (starting around 3:12)...i feel like this is a massive middle finger held up towards society! All this pretentious bs, all the corruptness etc...f#$%^ them all!!

Alright, I can see why Trent hates this song. By all means, it should be one of the worst songs to ever exist. The mix is awkward, the bridge is literally Down In It, the lyrics sound like he's making shit up for the hell of it. And yet, it's so freaking good. It's just so raw and psychotic. Probably the point where the Broken/TDS Nine Inch Nails begin to *really* shine through. My favourite song on PHM next to Something I Can Never Have and Sanctified.

I love this song. I felt like nothing in my life would ever change, to the point that I would tell my friends that I can see the future and that we'll continue to do the same thing every time we get together. I dreaded the morrow because it'll be the same sh*tty job and the same level of depression. I was my own soothsayer until I finally had enough. I said f••• the future and f••• my comfort zone. For the first time after that, I didn't know what to expect. I didn't know what was going to happen, but I was happy. This song brings me back to that feeling, and I couldn't be happier

I loved when this song came out. The start sounds like you're walking to the main room at a show down a hallway.
