These companies are just so stupid. All they have to do is hire a CASp architect (Certified Accessibily Specialist) to help them design a floor plan to be wheelchair accessible. No matter how accessible the design it will always be difficult for quadriplegics in electric wheelchairs that can't independently transfer. They need attendant assistance 24/7 anyway. For paraplegics you can design something that would completely work with no problem for complete independence for an individual. Quads will always require assistance on and off of toilets, bed, shower, operating the lift but even so...an electric swivel drivers seat and hand controls can allow some quads to transfer into the drivers seat and drive with limited arm and hand function. A vehicle mobility specialist also needs to be consulted in the design processes. An rv that works for a para won't work for a quad and a para doesn't need features that a quad needs. Mobility Works is a good national vehicle adaptation firm that does lifts, hand controls, driving systems for quads, electric swivel seats etc...everything that would be needed. RV manufacturers just need to stop being stupid and consult with and design with professionals that have the expertise and do exactly this for a living.

WHOA with the ableist ignorant slurs and terminology! No one "lives in a wheelchair" and no one is "confined to a wheelchair" ...non ambulatory persons are "wheelchair users". We " transfer" in and out of our wheelchairs to use a toilet, get in and out of cars, in and out of bed, in and out of the shower off and onto shower benches etc. Handicapped????? another dated degrading ableist term. Does the rv have braille for the visually impaired? Light flashing and vibrating Smoke detectors for the deaf? etc. How about just saying, "wheelchair user"?

So going into town to get a oil wrench strap to get it off I have a different housing cover and it cracked! Water everywhere so I want it attached to the outside of the caravan it is the housing water supply to all of the caravan. Where did you get that little string of lights for the stable? I have been trying to figure out what to use to light my nativity stable. Except I would rather be able to plug it into the electrical outlet. I do not like dealing with batteries for things that may be lit for hours at a time.

My mom purchased this system and the difference in the taste in the RV is incredible. Her 5th wheel is kept at a campground she visits weekends. At the end of the first season the cap of the pre filter developed a crack that created a geyser, thankfully she was there when this happened and a neighbor came to assist. Has anyone else had this happen? She is working with the company to resolve the issue.

I have never heard of a crack like that. Glad to hear she is working with the company.

Thanks for the video- In my case -a 2014 Tiffin Phaeton- there ware 8 screws holding up the shades- 4 on the driver's side and 4 on the windshield shade and the set screw holding the motor in the housing was not a Phillips but a very small square screw (known of as a Robertson screw) that I couldn't find a tool for anywhere so I made one as it was about 2mm square. I did not replace the screw as the new motors didn't have a place for them. I did order them from Tiffin for about $180/ea knowing that Amazon had them for about $75/ea but didn't want to be in the middle of the job and find out that the new motors wouldn't work for me.
