@ 12:30 this is something that Transforms are able to do today without code. I've avoided using this functionality so far as it seems convoluted, especially when trying to understand what is already in place as part of plugin installations etc. but its becoming more and more common so i guess i need to get my head around it

Hello, quick question, how can we find out if an attachment is encrypted or not? (Utah version) We need to hide encrypted attachments on an hr case for a case handler that it's the subject person/opened for for a case (all handlers can attach encrypted files using the same key)

Hello Goran i have requirement to implement reCaptcha for one custom portal , where form is being open on page . my problem is how can i add my recaptcha widget to that page so that when any form opens recaptcha widget should comes with form and users have to checked recaptcha before submit the form anything will be appreciated

Hi Goran, I tried the exact same thing but I am always redirected to CSM portal...when i applied log to check the user..it was always a guest user...nd gs.getUserID().getCompanyID() is always fetching the guest user record in user table...Can you please suggest here

For those who are lazy with their filters, when you open the widget like Goran has done, in the top left menu you can "Open in Platform". That then gives you the actual filter to populate. I'm on the hunt to see how to color the background of a simple list. Not the title, the whole thing. I can't see anywhere to modify the CSS. Think I may have to just built a 'proper' widget.

How can I get quantity from mrvs length and use this to update quantity in cart? I have tried a onChange and onSubmit script, which both work in native UI but not in Service Portal - error "g_cart not defined"
