We did, and we have spent a good amount of time there over the last years. We really like it and it was nice to have our daughter and her husband visit us there and share our experiences.

My husband and I live here in Cuenca. My husband is also from Peru, so we feel a little more than tourists. We have lived in Latin America several years of our lives. That includes all of the "tourists" in the video. Not everything is perfect anywhere in the world, but we still love South America!

We have lived in Sweden, the US, Peru and now Ecuador! I think it depends a lot on how we see life and I like to chose the positive things. It doesn't mean the negatives aren't there. And first of all, I just love people, no matter where I am. Thanks for your comment, though!

We just got back to Cuenca after having been in the US, Peru and Sweden for a few months. I think I enjoy the pictures even more now that I hadn't seen them for a while. They look professional to me!

Yes it is! It was more beautiful than we imagined. So even if there were some animals we could not see due to the large space they have (some of them we saw far off, but it was difficult to get a good picture of them) the hike and view made up for it.
