I thought KDP gives free ASIN's not ISBN's and there's a major difference if I understand things properly. ISBN's are for when you want to sell your book on a variety of platforms and also directly in gift shops and from myself if I have public readings.

I work at home (welder/fabricator of display armatures for artwork) and I have one tip to clock in. Many of my tasks require some problem-solving before I get to work, so I clock in by writing the time in my work notebook and then begin the process of designing and then fabricating. This allows me to shut out everything else because I'm "on the clock."
