I don’t like seeing cars that dirty inside because you know for sure the previous owner didn’t do any maintenance to it at all

friend was looking for cars all summer and most of them were quick auction flips with the sellers not knowing anything about them. I come out with my Harbor Freight jack and they always started acting weird

One huge thing I’d recommend checking as well is get a socket and turn the crank bolt to check if the engine is locked. This applies if you’re thinking of purchasing a no start condition vehicle.
@flippingcarsforfun17 сағат бұрын
Yes definitely! That would mean the engine is seized. I know it was good for sure. Thanks for watching

Just some advice stay away from buying sensors on amazon. From experience almost all the sensors I bought either were defective from the package, worked but didnt have the correct readings which cause the check engine light to turn on, and finally worked for a week or two and was no good. Keep doing what you're doing. Love the videos and you got a new subscriber today

Also a great way to cook your battery or kill the bearings in the new one (they should not run this long). But you will already have welded a cross out of your screwdrivers, so you will go to heaven in case of a hydrogen explosion 🤔 Just grab a cable with a tug (or whatever it is called, english isn't my first language)
@flippingcarsforfunКүн бұрын
Explosion 🤣 Thanks for watching man!
@keinbilligfilm2010Күн бұрын
@@flippingcarsforfun Yeah - I'm kind of shocked because you don't seem to know about this but if you short circuit a lead-acid-attery with a medium that can sustain the flow of a very high amperage (like a very thikk cable or - I don't know - two screwdrivers for example) the battery acid will start to boil, releasing pure hydrogen. The more amperage, the more hydrogen. If you would have placed your battery right next to your two screwdrivers, wich are giving off a lot of heat at this point, your battery can ignite. Now if your battery is new or newly charged, the explosion will be heftier. But I do want to emphasize that the explosion does not have to kill you - I just was a little cynical. The bigger problem is that the explosion will send battery shrapnel and acid flying towards you, wich is very unpleasant. If you don't believe me, I honsetly couldn't care less about your safety, however, I'm not the one making questionable KZfaq videos, giving very bad advice to laymen. I'm a heavy eqiupment mechanic in germany btw, hydrauics main, seen a battery explode two times now, send my apprentice to hospital once. I know what I'm talking about.

Good tip for when your doing the fuel pumps in the back interior of a car is to put cardboard or towels (or both) around that opening to the fuel tank in case you spill gas on the carpet/interior.. that smell can be hard to get out and stick around awhile..
