My friend… you can definitely search your library for Forsaken Monument off a Moonsilver Key. Activated or triggered abilities can be mana abilities (triggered for Forsaken Monument). I also run a Kozilek, Butcher of Truth deck in addition to my newer Zhulodok deck. I found I needed a lot more card draw due to not having any in the Command Zone. I would suggest maybe adding in a Mind’s Eye instead of one of your other cards maybe such as the Geode Golem? AMAZING card in our Kozilek deck to get down with haste but not so much this one, and as you seen it was a dead cascade and that sometimes results in tempo loss. You have command beacon which you have ways to tutor it up with. With your Stonespeaker Crystal and Scavenging Grounds I’d also say you have enough GY hate (both also having multiple ways to be tutored up in your build). Maybe the Soul Guide needs to swap for more draw too? I personally like Zenith Chronicler and Palantir of Orthanc for my deck. Other than that you look like you got a nice deck there sir! First of all, youre always a target with jodah, but ive been running a doctor who jodah deck, and sometimes i wont even get out jodah, my opponents will expect it, but they have so many effects of attacking directly (k-9, Martha Jones, Sonic Screwdriver just for a few) that ill bait my opponent to use their boardwipes then get out jodah, but even if, i have so many cascade, myriad, and copy effects (that i can copy jodah with to and change his name and type but still legendary) it doesnt matter, my end game is jodah, not my start

Nyxbloom can be replaced with Vorinclex, the voice of hunger. For the same mana prize you double your mana and opponents can use their lands only every two turns, and it's a phyrexian just like Locus. I'm using them in a Realmbreaker deck for fun and the Mana ramp it's real

I have one question if anyone can answer, why is there a second cascade keyword. Does it mean it activates twice? And if it does does the second cascade focus on the mana value of the original spell or the cascaded one?

Nyxbloom doesn't triple the mana from the enchantments. Those are triggers that make the player or the enchantment add additional mana. Something like heartbeat of springs would work because of how it's worded.

For relatively cheap almost everything in this list can get put into any list. My pod doesn't mind stax decks and wow not having to have colors to win and be in a theme has become a challenge for us to beat eachother at.

4:50 you are NOT able to do this. Wizards update how cascade works back in feb 2021. Funny enough it was updated to stop exactly this card from working in that exact way. Also on jodah it too specifically says "LESSER mana cost" taken from the MTG wiki In February 2021, Cascade received a rules update to change the interaction with MDFCs and Adventure cards. From that moment on, the spell that is cast off the triggered ability must also have lesser mana value than the cascading spell.[6] The rules previously said "You may cast that spell without paying its mana cost.", allowing players to cast a spell with a higher mana value attached to a card with a lesser mana value. I built it outta cascade with yidris and maelstrom wanderer so legendary cascade (if yidris hits) then after the legendary maelstrom after yidris attacks yada yada it will legendary cascade then regular cascade for regular for 3, also added mondrak and elesh norn mother of machines because I have a lot of legendary dragons that etb damage. Massive and works well. Just a idea

Zopandrel I’ve found is probably the best card in the deck. Also, people need to include Selvala now that she’s been reprinted. Her mana ability is based on the power of your creatures so last game I tapped her for like 15 mana on turn 5-6 and just won. Ghalta is a workhorse because it’s a cascade for 12 but you’re often casting it for 2. Last March of the Ents is my win now piece and it’s awesome because it can’t be countered. I run Myrel to prevent people from interacting with my board on my “explosive” turn. And honestly, I’ve taken the deck down to less single target removal. I run 3 board wipes in Invasion of Fiora (destroys all non legends), Urza’s ruinous and cyclonic rift. I’m even considering removing swords to plowshares for another board flip piece in Winds of Abandon. Mostly what I want to do have the board presence and mass get rid of everyone else. Besides that I have tons of counterspell and protection spells instead of removal

I have the precon on pre-order and I have most of the expensive rocks for commaner (including jeweled lotus, mana crypt and grim monolith)... But I kinda want to keep the deck slow and casual lol. I know the inner 'Spike' in me will eventually try to break the deck, but at least initially I'm going to keep it for when my friends play their slow decks.

I'm just sad that I pre ordered the deck and it doesn't really have much eldrazi in it... no ulamog, no emrakrul not even an alternate new version.... considering a refund for it. To make a deck I'd need to add an extra 200-300 on less than 10 cards just to make it work

I really like this idea and concept! Is there a way to build this deck as cheap as possible without losing the essence of it? I really don't have the money to build it this way, especially the mana base, but I think I would have a lot of fun with it!

Great vid! Probably the best I've seen since lookin around for Zhulodok.

The only problem with Jodah is that it gets boring at some point :'( It is so consistant that every game tends to look the same. I've met a lot of Jodah players, and I am one myself, we all agree with this haha. But it is still an excellent EDH that I bring from time to time to the table! Your brew is also really interesting with the tokens, loving it !
