This song would be so fucking good if the killers had bothered to write more than one set of lyrics.

i love this so much like honestly there aren't enough words to describe how pure the emotion in this is
@philaeew48668 жыл бұрын
Not his best, but it sounded pretty much unrehearsed, so. Well done nevertheless. Also, it takes lots of guts to get so emotional in front of people - and so few especially, it's actually easier with an anonymous, bigger crowd. Not everybody can do that.

Started off a bit unsure but after the first verse it really kicked in. Love it!

Frank does kipper the killers' treatment of the song which made little sense other than in radio-friendly, unit-shifting terms.

He starts out a lil rough.. But by time he hit that chorus... Myy fucking lord <3<3<3

No, it's not as slick as the original. But I can't help thinking, given the subject matter, that being ragged and heartbroken works better for this song

I like how he personalised the song by delivering the the opening verse in the style of a man struggling to remember the lyrics, and what rhythm is, simultaneously

I'm sorry but this cover isn't very good. In MY opinion. I mean I like Frank Turner but I don't like this cover that he does. Just Saying...

GOD DAMN! This man is so fucking talented. Everything he writes and every song he covers is sung so beautifully and with such emotion. There is no such thing as "a cover by Frank Turner." It's "Frank Turners version of." said song. Keep doing what you do, Frank. You're fucking amazing.

Got to be the worst version. His voice is terrible and the music vid is pointless. Oh he got some words wrong.
@bwmanhath37704 жыл бұрын
this isn't terrible! I love his voice it's emotional and if you want a video set in a strip club go back to the Killers. Also at least he admitted that he got some words
@mufasaIRL10 жыл бұрын
best version of this song. only one i like actually
@yanivp110 жыл бұрын
Yeah, with the cover you know exactly what the song's about, whereas with the 'original' (they stole it from David Bowie (not a bad thing)) by the Killers, you have to look at the lyrics to really get the point. Both have qualities that rock, but fo' hella sure this is awesome.
@rachelstrain193910 жыл бұрын
I love the passion with which he sings this. You can hear the anguish within the lyrics. I, for one, think he did an awesome job.
