yes, we love ours. one of my favorite features is the foot rest for babies and the canopy goes way down. just remember that it is a jogger, so it's on the bigger side. definitely made for outdoors.

yes there are many ways to remove background. in order to have a transparent background the file needs to be in PNG format. you can use a software like Photoshop to remove the background. i personally use photoshop or Canva.

are you just starting off? are you new to DTF? are you getting into the t shirt business for the first time or have been doing this for a while and looking to take it to the next level? what method are you currently using to print? how many orders do you get per month. From my personal experience of being a medium size tshirt business I wish that DTF technology was available 5 years ago. the downside is speed. just as you've seen in the video, if you need to print 100+ shirts a day you may need multiple machines. some have asked me is it better to get 1 DTF Pro (as it prints faster) or get 2 DTF L1800. buying 2 L1800 is faster. As with any printer, problems do occur. i would get in contact with procolored and ask them about their tech support, after sales support, repair centers, etc.

My business plan workload is 10-20 per day, the amount of money that i saved actually is exactly to purchase quality printer + quality heat press. Im looking forward to purchase L1800 model with the oven. Im little scared since i dont have experience with printers. There is mixed opinions about this printer and i just dont want to be in situation to be disappointed from my purchase. There is good amount of people that love this printer but there is good amount that they be having daily issues. Thanks for the reply !

that's correct. There's one that comes in the box of the Ace Pro but that one is terrible. don't use that one. it's unreliable and should be recalled or not given out to customers. The one in the video here does not come in the box and has to be purchased separately. i hope that helps.
