Ohhh, i see your Miles 2 Go stash potted up and in position. Ive got some Copiapoa, some Thelocactus, and a couple Astros coming in the mail this week. My wife was none too happy, says ive got no more room for any more. Lmao, Little does she know, theres always room for more!!!

You must be so excited to get those! There is always more room is so true. I think my wife has given up on telling me that! I don’t have any Copiapoa in greenhouse yet, but I have so many seedlings in the 1year to 1 1/2year mark! Can’t wait!

Great Cacti collection. Everything looks so organized. They seem pretty happy. I am in Arizona, i have a small collection, and our temperatures here have been over 110. I water mine once a week late at night, some are doing good and some are not too happy. Thanks for sharing.
@DLLMCACTUS14 сағат бұрын
Thank you! I feel like it’s so tricky. Some people say to water less and they go dormant. Others ramp it up. That grower Miles from miles to go online lives in Arizona and he waters every four days. It’s just trial and error and what works best. Keep growing! 🌵💚

I live in Vegas and it was 120 out yesterday. I’ve never done it in summer because of temps. Mine are actually growing like crazy right now. I wait until late August September. If you are in a milder climate I don’t see why not. Make sure they have plenty of shade until they root! Good luck!

Really liked your video. I have been growing from seed for a few years with mixed results. Will probably give your soil mixture a try, but my question is have you used the 10 by 20 black trays with small pots and a clear dome, are do you prefer the baggy method.
@DLLMCACTUS6 күн бұрын
Thank you so much. In the baggy has been very tried and true for me. Consistent!!!!!! The dome method I have only done under lights. Good results but not baggy results! Lol

Dude, Lowe's always has huge deals like this!! I've seen basketball sized Golden Barrels, multiple columnar style cacti stuffed into an 8" pot, just like in this video, or giant Opuntia pads. Years ago, I picked up a volleyball sized crested Euphorbia Amak and a foot and a half tall Pachypodium Lamereii at Lowe's. There was a Home Depot in Pittsburgh, they'd have a huge table just full of various different cacti you rarely see, crests and monstrose as well!!!! I havnt been back in years, I still wonder if it's as good today as it was back then.
