We have bought from Ricthie for years and again in the past 30 days. They are one of the worst online auction companies to buy from. I wish there was an official platform I could use to complain. There is no human element to the transaction. I would not sell a thing there will be very slow in buying in the future.

No, previous owners. The nice thing about the Genie "2306" (it's the euro version) is it runs entirely on relays. The only IC is in the single cluster gauge that is for the hour meter. The engine is an old mechanically controlled Perkins.
@MakersAcres18 күн бұрын
@@BroadcastBuddy that is nice! As I work on more and more equipment, I am starting to prefer the simpler design and engine controls.

How did you go about bleeding the hydraulic lines?
@MakersAcresАй бұрын
This is such a small unit that I didn’t bother. When the pump kicks on it pressurizes the manifold and then back into the tank. The lines were so short, I bet it happened almost instantly. The longer lines like drive and up and down, I just cycled a couple times. If there was a chance of running the pump dry for more than a few seconds, I would have been concerned.

I am here because of a 2476-3 (faults out when bumped to the left)code, which led me to an old forum post where people suggested to buy a new base, look at a document to clear the code behind a paywall, then it was too old to access or to take it apart and clean it. So here we are. In your experience, does simply cleaning it like this fix anything related to my dilemma, or it not, can you recommend how I find out?
@MakersAcresАй бұрын
Well, that is a tricky question. I found some wires in mine that were about ready to start shorting out because of wear. You could have a situation like that. These controllers have a solid state base with a magnet over them to get position. I am not sure what yours has in it. Doing some research, I found a post on the heavy equipment forums called "Help with CAT 259D LH Joystick error". There are a couple of troubleshooting procedures in PDF that should be able to help you. Let me know what you end up doing.

Hey great job on this one. I have a lift that I’m having issues with as well. I popped a resistor and a cap on the board. The charger went TU and shorted Anyway. I was wondering if you could send me a high res pic of the board and the values of the cap at C15 and the color bands on the resistor right next to it. They’re located on the side of the board opposite the plugs located by the center of the 5 lower capacitors.

The cameras are super handy but very disappointing on the quality level they come in such a high dollar machine. They are nearly useless in anything but perfect lighting. I think they work OK at night with lights on. Seems like such a minimal investment for them to come standard with a high end phone quality camera, in comparison to a 120k machine

Yes, they are very smooth and no grinding now because I removed all the debris. You probably don’t need to do this if your seals are intact.
