Excellent vlog. Just a bit more information on how to buy tickets as a tourist from abroad would have been a nice addition.

Thank you for showing this lovely resort ! How do we get there from Tokyo? How long does it take? Are there interesting areas to explore nearby?
@JapanTraveler0000 Жыл бұрын
You can go by train from Tokyo. It takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes by local train from Tokyo Station, and 1 hour and 30 minutes by express train from Shinjuku Station.The Hakone area is famous for its ropeway, pirate ship, and the mountain called Owakudani.

As a female I need safetiness, I prefer places that are clean, have an identity/cosy, the matress and pillow should suit me well due to severe back/neck issues. If I can choose a toilet and sink in my room are perfect. I also consider closeness to public transportation or food stalls, the area regarding crimes and noise level. But you cannot get everything 🥰. This inn is old and a bit run-down, but has its charme and tradition 👍❤️

Convenient transportation, cozy place, cleanliness. Everything is important!

Thank you that you have it in Canadian dollars. My priorities are a washroom (bathroom, what do you call it in Japan?) is in the room. Also a big window.
@JapanTraveler00002 жыл бұрын
In Japan, the place where you have a bath is called the bathroom, and the place where you wash your face is called the washroom. If the windows are big, everyone can enjoy the scenery!!

What do you prioritize when choosing an inn?

I think space to move around in the room as I like to do a workout in the morning, feeling comfortable with the people there, quietness and a relaxing bath. 魚定食最高です。昔でおばちゃんの朝ご飯みたいです。。welcome お菓子とお茶スッキリと思いますが ~
