The shuttle leaves from gora station at scheduled intervals, it is on their website

Thank you for showing this lovely resort ! How do we get there from Tokyo? How long does it take? Are there interesting areas to explore nearby?

You can go by train from Tokyo. It takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes by local train from Tokyo Station, and 1 hour and 30 minutes by express train from Shinjuku Station.The Hakone area is famous for its ropeway, pirate ship, and the mountain called Owakudani.
