It's generally believed Argonians *cannot* produce viable offspring with the other races of Tamriel. So no halfbreeds. When looking at the main sapient races of the continent, their ancestry can be broadly divided into two groups: Those that descend from the Ehlnofey and those that descend from the Hist. The Ehlnofey were among the original spirits that stayed/were stranded on Nirn after the creation of the universe. As time passed, they lost much of their power and longevity, forcing them to resort to procreation in order to persist. The Ehlnofey would split into a number of different groups themselves: Some, like the Bosmer god Y'ffre became one with the world, becoming what is known as the "Earth Bones". Others chose to seclude themselves and try to carry on as they had before. These were the Old Ehlnofey, the ancestors of the Elves. And finally others were scattered across the face of Nirn. These were the Wandering Ehlnofey, the ancestors of Men. This is why, despite their long history of animosity, humans and elves are able to procreate and produce offspring. They share common ancestry through the Ehlnofey. The Hist came into being around the same time as the Ehlnofey, but were entirely unrelated to them. Like the Ehlnofey, they too came to inhabit the fledgling world of Nirn, with their domain said to have spanned across much of the world's surface. But when the Old and Wandering Ehlnofey went to war, the Hist's territory was devastated and reduced to what is modern day Black Marsh. As time went on, the Hist desired to know and understand the world and beings beyond their borders, and began experimenting with their magika-rich sap. While cave painting suggests their early creations were more tree-like, ultimately they chose to uplift the reptiles within the swamps of their home, creating the Argonians. So, the long and short of it is that, barring magical, divine or daedric influence, Argonians cannot produce children with the other sapient races simply due to coming from an entirely different "evolutionary" lineage. Some say that mortal animals, like the reptiles uplifted by the Hist are themselves descendants of the Ehlnofey, but even if that's the case, the Hist's engineering has made the Argonians into something almost entirely alien to the other Ehlnofey descendants.
