Liza is a trooper. Even when she is having vocal problems (we all get them) she still does her best without letting people down. Love her.

I see right through Liza's vulnerability here. No one can go on forever and yet she gives it her all, always devoted to her audience. A real trouper and a wonderful lady.

Jennifer puts her thrilling "stamp" on this classic, knocking it out of the park. She made it her own and was in beautiful voice, using soft tones, her miraculous range and power. A true showcase for her gifts as an artist.

Maybe I'm the only one who thinks that, but I don't think Andrews can sing Gershwin at all. I didn't like any of that.

Saw Jason Graae do this live in Sacramento at a theater preview. The producers and casting directors had no idea what to do with him. He was the Cat in the Hat in Seussical one year, and the devil in Damn Yankees another year. He dominates the stage, and was really nice when my family got to talk to him in person.

Julie Andrews lost her singing voice due to that throat surgery in June 1997. This was taped only two years before the tragedy. I wish we had a time machine, went back to some time in May 1997 and somehow convinced her of having a second thought about undergoing the surgery. She would be still singing happily but for that malpractice. What a tragedy it was. Never did I imagine that she was unable to sing when I was younger.

I forgot Elaine Stritch was a showgirl, just got used to her comedy tv appearances. They should do this sort of show on a regular basis, Bebe & Karen (Wow) , Linda Eder, Audra , Faith ... too many voices missed because I don't go to shows. Cest la vie

i don't understand tacking on the word "official" to the title of this post. What about this clip is "official" over someone else who might post it? What is adding "official" supposed to signify?
