I use ChatGPT-3.5 and tested it like you did. It did not read at all anything that I entered there. Logged out and back in. Still did not read the instructions so I'm not too sure if they use it on 3.5

As of 2 days ago I was unable to upload ANY file into chatGPT 4 as you did in the video posted at 3:31. I just get that rainbow rotating ball when clicking on the paperclip and it did nothing - also this was true for trying to upload files into a GPT as well.
