The only good thing about Flint Michigan is that it doesn't cost money to leave it.

I can remember “uncle Fred” next door on the shores of lake Erie in harrow Ontario. Sunday afternoon, in the 60s. Paint brush in hand. At the cottage. But no painting done. A tigers doubleheader. Heat humidity ernie harwell and Paul Carey broadcasting. WJR Detroit. If I could go back.

Munich '72 for me, age 11. The tragedy, of course, and the basketball final and 100 m. schedule nonsense. But glory, too- Rod Milburn, Dave Wottle, Frank Shorter, Mark Spitz, and of course, Olga Korbut! ABC, John McKay, *Bugler's Dream*... so glad I got the REAL Olympic experience in my youth. Thank you for uploading this.

Does anyone have a link to the WJR baseball intro theme from the early 1990s? Replaced this theme I think. "Now Sparky's the same, and Ernie's on the mike, With Ilitch it's a whole new ballgame. Talkin bout the Tigers, I love my Detroit Tigers" something like that? "

Does anyone know if Rosemary Clooney ever sang this on an album or released it on a single? Is there a full song? I would love it if it was. I love this song. I was about 11 when this came out and have been looking for this song ever since!

To say Japan has Panasonic, but Philpshave or what is known as Norelco is the number 1 electric shaver in South Korea. So when it comes to other products is either Samsung, LG or probably Daewoo even though Philips made products in South Korea then when it comes to electric shavers Philips is equivalent to Samsung on appliances in South Korea. To say it all Philips shavers are number 1 in South Korea.

Can you upload the first episode of Larry King Live on CNN from June 3, 1985, featuring a full hour of an interview with New York governor Mario Cuomo as King's first guest? This includes footage of Governor Cuomo's speech at the democratic convention on July 16, 1984. Governor Cuomo discusses the following topics such as the power of television, the vulnerability of being a governor, whether or not he will be running for president, why Lee Iacocca would make a good presidential candidate, the similarities between Christian and political service, the essence of morality, the problem's with President Ronald Reagan's tax reform proposal, the economics of New York and the United States as a whole, the treatment of the middle class, and his concept of tax reform. Then Cuomo takes calls from viewers, which leads him to discuss the following subjects, such as how his concepts differ from those of the New Deal, space weapons, the need for states to help each out, corporate taxes, bank failures, the way in which he offended the National Rife Association, tax deductions, the death penalty, the future of American cities, and how the middle class will be affected by President Reagan's tax plan. Includes Larry King Live intro and going to commercial bumpers, and the closing credits featuring the Larry King Live logo appearing over clips from the interview, the frame zooms out and the text "(c)1985, CABLE NEWS NETWORK, INC ALL RIGHTS RESERVED" appear.👍

Thanks for posting this video tour. I'm actually sitting in a building across the Flint river, staring at the site where Auto world once stood. I remember going to Auto world a few times as a teenager. These days, Ive tried to described the property and theme park to my teenage children. This video will help me show them what it was like. At the time, I agreed that it was a decent place to go to, once or twice, but then it quickly lost it lacker. The IMAX was pretty cool, but I had questioned the park's long term viability, even as a teenager.

In my senior year in highschool, on Friday night, we had to wait up.... literally... until 12:30 at night...to find out if sctv was on. It was not announced on the tv guide, and sometimes they would show the midnight special, but other times it was sctv. NBC never let us know ahead of time and literally it was like every other week or every third week that we could watch sctv.... that's how much we loved it and thats how important it was. It was a FAR BETTER television show than SNL....not even close. We grew up in Pennsylvania and sctv to us was like the most important thing on tv.

The funny thing is, it's still in that class decades later. I only discovered SCTV in the last year myself and I consistently thought "this is probably the best comedy TV show I have ever seen." Certainly the best sketch comedy show, even better than Monty Python or Kids in the Hall. It's gold.
