Your Excellency. People are dying in the DR Congo. Chaos in DR Congo has a 30-years history or more. RCD, CNDP, M23 ... have been there since. Millions of people have died. Every time there is dialog, many fighters (rebels) have been integrated to the FARDC and intelligence services, even in the central government. And with the advent of M23 attacks, situation has worsened. Millions have been displaced. They lack water, food and basic needs. What do M23 wants in fact? Please be human. It doesn't take someone to be rocket scientist to understand that any sort of support to the M23 has created chaos in the DR Congo. I am really surprise by what I hear. M23 did not agree to go to the camp the government prepared for them near Kindu. Instead they got more support and occupied more territories. Now you are blaming publicly President Felix Tshisekedi. It is really not right. Be human and Christian. - M23 has to agree to regroup and accept the Lwanda agreement and demobilize (those who want to become politicians have to wait for 2028 elections) - SADC has to help the FARDC to get rid of FDLR
