I can't put my finger on what it is, but Trevor is super annoying. There is just something about him that is grating. Isn't there someone else at Emerald that could do these videos instead?

Many...many years ago I met a Mr Glass from VOX and we were talking about this Rose-wood veneer. He said that the first few rose-wood slab boards had problems adhering to the maple neck underneath, having an arched veneer actually gives the rosewood more area and a more solid adhesion . I agree with Mr Glass( He was a cabinet maker for vox) he was an old geezer and I was 20 and wanted to know everything about "Electric " Guitars and amps" , he also told me that he made some vox combos with F like amps shoved in them( maybe for research)?

Great playing on a great guitar! Headstock decal looks 100% legit to me. In fact it’s the most common for the decal outline to show on these. Personally I’m fine with refins if they’re well done.

Really liked Trini Lopez in The Dirty Dozen, definitely a underrated actor. Plus those arrow inlay’s he came up with are cool, so cool Jimi had them put on his custom flying vee.

What does it sound like if a normal player strums on it, like in g c and d. That was all face, no ass. Do you have any men's amplifiers to play it through?
@giulioluzzardi763213 сағат бұрын
Yeah, we want to hear it through an AC80 with a 4x12 or a Fender "Quad Reverb".

looks fake? no way does a headstock decal leave the factory like this in 64? Leo would have had a FIT! first off they are nitro decals in 64' and they are blended so you never see them cuz after the edges are blended they have a very thin coat of nitro clear over them so they look as if they were silk screened on... this one looks like how they are doing the customs hops these days, pure laziness not even close to 64 in looks or application ..

@@MichaelDeFillippo8889 Apparently it doesn’t even look close to a real 64 lol. I appreciate authenticating stuff as much as the next guy, but emerald city has the reputation that they do for a reason 🤷🏼♂️. They aren’t the type to lie about something like this. A 64 strat for them is just another day on the job

I'd click an up-thumbs on this just from watching the visuals! And wow. That demo. Right off the bat is perfect. But I wouldn't rather go blind ... And try some 5881's in that Vibrolux and see how you like 'em ...

My uncle gave me a 1960's K-22 T like 15 years ago, I sent it to a shop couple months ago waiting for them to get it in playable condition, I've never heard it. Since I've owned it, it's never been in good condition hoping for the best.

I've been playing for 38 years. That thing sounds really really good. P90s, semi hollow Bodies I have found that that's where it's at. I have 31 guitars. And I prefer my guitars with p90s or the semi hollow Bodies. Unfortunately I do not own a semi-hollow body with p90s

Love the necks on these guitars, but dislike eveything else. You can build a fine guitar using the neck and sourced parts. My Lenny guitar has Rose pickups, an SRV neck, Standard body, Emerson pots, Eroc Johnson signature staggered tuners, silver waxed wiring, Gotoh bridge and It is a dream guitar. It is my favorite guitar. My first wife is a 98 Hardtail strat in sunburst bamed Martha.

The back is a solid single piece of 16" wide Honduran mahogany...as is the neck WITH an adjustable rod. Hide glue and shellac. Best kept secret in vintage guitars.

I love The Jimmy Page Gibson Les Paul Standard. However I want the chrome hardware and white open coil humbucker pickups that would match the white pick guard. Plus I would to have more Les Paul’s with Tobacco Burst, Black, Cherry 🍒 Red and Gold Top the same way.
