Ýou think so? I think it is toxic to leave your hunter alone just to make it a 4v1 vs a build that isn't the strongest powerlevel wise, especially on open field. He also was the 4th host to do it that day, I just had enough of it.

Remember I used Endure before casting it. The spell doesn't have hyper armor naturally.

I agree. It is funny that the rot spells are so beautiful, Scarlet Aeonia is up there too 🙂

Yeah but the effect only lasts a few seconds. I used it before with Meteor of Astel, here idk if it is worth it.

It did hit for 1.1k fully charged, I think it is pretty good damage for the relative low FP cost. I don't know if normal Pest Threads have anything better to it. Wish they all would hit as if they would be casted by the red servants of rot.

Invasions is a patience game. identify the weaker phantom try get rid of them. Use NPC’s/enemies to your advantage. Run out the phantoms flasks etc. However there’s no specifics to it. When I invade remember just have fun. If you die you die. People try way too hard on this game considering there’s literally no rewards for PvP.

Rofl, what's the deal to kill 2 or 3 pve shitters that can't roll from 1 million years casting incantations, aow etc and just spam shit that easy punishible? Arena - that's the deal. Average player there is way stronger. Not all of them, but average. But no, people want to play 3vs1 and cry about gankers, refusing to play normal mod. Man, that invasion's logic kills me.

Yeah it's tough, I see why a lot of invaders, especially youtubers, go for the baby 2-shot easy mode build. A 1v3 can be tough if you don't have the means to instantly delete a phantom. Slowly trickling them down, using the environment, and landing combo chains is much more fun and challenging imo. The saint_riot unoptimal method, or at least he popularized it.

It is true, you have to adapt, use the environment (open space is your worst enemy as invader) and keep your eyes open 360°. Even new players know how to spam Stars of Ruin, have 2 players do that and a melee chase you and it can be fatal already.

This is exactly what I mean by "they all are good at farming boluses" - I really wish there would be taken action. I don't mind people using it for offline play, but online you simply have big advantages over "legit" players. If I had infinite Starlight Shards etc. it would make many invasions a lot easier, but that will never happen.

I considered using it but I wanted to keep it themed with Poleblade and I needed Endure to make Rotten Butterflies work 🙂

Rotten Butterflies was very useless before the buff, there was no way to make it work. You needed like 4 casts to get the enemy rotted and all that without dealing damage haha. The range is pretty good as well.

This is exactly why I prefer invasions over duels in colosseum - use the environment like rocks and trees to defend yourself against spells, hide, tinker new tactics etc.. I severe finger as soon as invade a duelist, I always look for 1v3 preferably. You are not forced to hide behind corners to catch someone off guard but it probably isn't the smartest to run into a squad of 3 in open field (depends on build of course, but for most caster builds this is a law). Invasions can be small adventures and this is why I absolutely love them.

Not a pro, here. But I think playing as a battlemage invader makes invasions way easier. However, you must be used to change spells fast, combo the spells and have good timing in casting them. It takes a little bit of time to learn, specially if your opponents know what you are doing. But with time, invasions turn from hard to easy mode pretty fast when playing has battlemage (easy = win more, not win everything xD Invasions are difficult per se, that's what makes them fun)

Do you mean caster builds? In this case I would definitely recommend Dragon Communion or Dragon Cult, you can erase squads of 3 pretty easy with these builds 🙂
