Thank you. I like the support of the wall to my pelvic. I did savasana with legs op to the wall. Felt relaxed.

Belated Happy New Year ☺️ when doing the side squat, is it OK for the foot of the bent leg to be up on the ball of the foot, or is it better to gave the following flat and the body higher?

This is a really good question M! There's no one correct answer or way to do the pose. Either option is good as long as it feels safe for you and you feel that you get something out of the pose. I think it's great to play with different variations as you might get different benefits from them. There's a third option too: to place something under the bent leg heel (if you have the weight mostly on the ball of the foot). I have a video about it here: kzfaq.infowAXJC34C-_U?si=hpdT6BTF6NJotlAW

I personally experience hip impingement symptomps and discomfort in deep hip flexions, and this kind of propping has helped me a lot. Sometimes an even bigger prop like a pillow is really nice!

Steps of Box Breathing: 1) Inhale to the count of 5 (or 3, 4, 6... what feels good to you) 2) Hold your breath for 5 counts (or the same as when inhaling) 3) Exhale to the count of 5 (...) 4) Hold your breath for 5 counts Repeat. Happy breathing!

This was great flow. I'm trying to get back into my own daily practice. I enjoy flying poses especially, crane and crow. Have you thought about doing any videos that focus on those types of poses?

Starting the day with slower breaths and moving the body helps so much with keeping calm throughout the day (or at least until lunch time 😉 )

And remember, there's no "right angle" for the front leg knee. We don't need to aim for "thigh parallel to the floor". These are aesthetic cues that work for some people but definitely not for all, so let yourself find your joint angles in your practice...

This may be my favourite video for a little while... For me, personally, Wheel isn't an option every day - sometimes Bridge is the limit and that's absolutely and totally fine. I still like to play with backbends and getting in touch with all the different elements that are needed in building safe backbends ☺

Hi Lucy, there is running water nearby but what you might actually hear on the video is the background music "Waves" which has wave sounds accompanying the music 😍 Water sounds are so relaxing 😌 And I love that tree with the yellow flowers too ❤️

I love this practice and your videos but when there is an ad right in the middle it is distracting. Other yoga creators put their ads in the beginning so the practice is uninterrupted. Thank you!

Hi, thank you for your comment 😊🙏 I don't have that control over the ads yet, I'm afraid. All the ads you currently see are put there by KZfaq. As soon as we reach monetization and get the control in our hands, I'll move the ads to the beginning, of course 😊 We just don't have this option yet. I 100% understand how this interrupts the practice. Thank you very much for your support, it's greatly appreciated 🙏
