Agreed. Having operated various types of farm machinery with electric over hydraulic, it is more difficult to 'feather' the controls. I haven't operated a grader before but I can only imagine that it is more difficult to get precise control with E/o/H. Maybe I'm wrong?

@@newenglander4513 the graders are pretty good but there is feeling missing which can be frustrating. I’ll always pick the old one over the electric still

Hi Michael, thank you for your question. We believe you might be referring to the ability to create a surface to a 3D line. The HMI system can do this and offset that surface vertically but the surface will only have main-fall no cross-fall or other angles. This can be achieved by pressing on the line you would like the surface created to and following the prompts. Just in case we misunderstood, you can also create flat plane surfaces, Sloping plane surfaces, crown road surfaces, triangulated surfaces from a topo survey, raise/lower your existing surface and create a subgrade of existing surface with our IMC excavators by going into “Project File Settings” - “surfaces” and creating a new surface. We can also supply a basic version of Office 3D, which will allow you to modify designs to your liking if required.
