ARMY, the name of the BTS fan base, is bigger than you can imagine. As an ARMY I love BTS and all of the members individual projects. They are all amazing! I like Usher and BTS, both are amazing performers, but to be truthful I bleed purple. Watch A Guide to BTS Members: The Bangtan 7 by Taylor and you will understand the purple reference. You will learn so much about the group and the individual members. I don't think this was supposed to be a "battle". I feel it is more like they have respect for each other and want to collaborate. I do believe that Usher really did add to this song. There is a beind the scenes video of the making of this music video.

I knew Usher when he was in his prime. This was NOT it. You know how many times they had to 're-shoot' that shit....in order to produce the final product? First, since army enlistment is mandatory in south korea, all the members from BTS took time to work on solo projects before enlisting and will come back with group activities after they're all back around 2026. On that note, i highly recc to listen to the other members' music, they each have their own style, even the rappers. And listen to BTS as a group too. If JK surprised you, i guarantee BTS music will too, bc it's beyond anything you might imagine. JK's solo album is called Golden and he has two other mv's, Seven and 3D. I think you'll like Agust D's Daechwita and Haegeum. And BTS Mic Drop, On and Dope! But be careful... once you dive into this world, it's hard to get out. And also sorry for ppl who came off as rude on the comments, there's nothing wrong with not knowing or never listening to BTS or JK before :)

I always love first time reaction videos to Jinjer. Especially this one and how people are always surprised about the drop. It’s napalm. It’s a metal/rock label. Still bummed that the welcome to Rockville show was cancelled in 2020. Jinjer was supposed to be there.

Oh i think the competition between artists in collab is a bit of an old school thing right? BTS never really focus on competing with others but rathers competing with themselves to be and do better. As a group they are the rare case that truly are friends and support each other to shine as a whole. Its really heartwarming. Personally, i dont really know much about Usher besides his collabs with Justin Bieber. He is a big artist, yes but he is certainly bigger in his home country. Jk and Usher are from different generations where music was consumed differently i dont think we can measure it accurately, however, bts fans are louder in online presence. They were introduced within the boom of social media, so they made personal connection with fans all over the world within all age groups. Ive seen Usher fans come out from all places when this collab came out so ik he also has a big following but on the casual listener side rather than the all devoted fan that bts has.

He definitely pays tribute to michael jackson. In the choreography vers he is heavily referenced. And yes! He actually has a version of this song with Usher. It would be be great if you could react to his whole album "Golden", its bilingual, in korean and english. The translations are available on yb videos. I’m 48yrs of age… have been an Usher fan forever but I sure as hell scraped my coins together and would have had good seats to see BTS for one of the concerts that got canceled 😢…😅I’m also saving up now for the BTS comeback!

Love both artists... In fact, about to see Usher perform in a couple of weeks and already mentally preparing for the insanity that will ensue in 2025 once all the BTS members are done with mandatory military service and that tour news drops!! BTS has collaborated with MANY artists in the past (Coldplay, Halsey, Nicki Minaj, Megan Thee Stallion, Benny Blanco, Snoop Dogg, Juice WRLD, J Cole and many more), always in a humble and respectful manner. No competition, just awesome collabs and awesome music. To date all BTS members have released one or more albums, except Jin who released a solo single before beginning military service. He will be the first member out in less than a couple of months and mostly likely release his solo project soon after.

One tip for future reactions never talk over the guitar solos anyone will tell you that
