It is also is compatible with most 3rd party vpns. It allows to vpn specific traffic on the network vs putting an entire device or network through a vpn it will allow me for example to just run Netflix data through a vpn . However it will allow up to 9 different vpn configurations (site to site, remote connection, or 3rd party vpn). I can always access my network via the app on my phone anywhere in the world. Love my Asus but probably even more impressed with the Fireslla that basically just lets my router focus on strictly routing.

While I have not totally decided on a VPN service yet, I'm leaning towards Surfshark as kind of the one with the most useful features for my style of web browsing. I like the antivirus and add blocking features. I wish they had a password manager. My and my family's information was exposed on the dark web with the recent ATT hack and an affiliate of our bank getting hacked as well. NordVPN is corporate garbage "scareware." The same owner of SurfShark owns NordVPN. Mullard and Proton offer better privacy because the host nations have better privacy regulations. I personally caught them red-handed through discussions and physically searching the address at the British VI. 1) Does the VPN provider own their worldwide network of servers? If not, you can't trust them. VyprVPN owns their network. 2) Are the VPN providers using virtual IP addressing (redirects your traffic to a completely different country from your expected connection endpoint)? I've caught SurfShark/NordVPN doing this. VPN will use "virtual" servers to save cost on physical servers worldwide.
