Asus and Acer the worst laptops.ever made. To have acces to HDD and Ram you need to take apart motherboard.

At min 11.55 you remove a black "band" from the down left side of the mainboard. When you put all that back in you do not reconect that to tha mainboard. Was that the keyboard backlight conection ????

I have same laptop and body broken i also want to replace body and speaker too. Pls suggest cost and address

Just so you know, the keyboard on a Dell Inspiron 5570 is NOT -- I repeat, NOT -- replaceable. I mean, sure, if you want to send your Dell to Om Computers in Pune, India, by all means feel free, but if you're looking for how-to information so you can do it yourself, the answer is don't even think about it. Instead, you need to purchase an entire palm rest assembly, which includes the palm rest, keyboard, touchpad, all as one assembly. Replacement at that component level is fairly easy. As you can see, the keyboard is permanently heat-welded to the palm rest, and is not designed (unfortunately) to be replaced separately. You have warned -- I do this for a living and have first-hand experience.
