Didn’t work for me, can’t tilt my head to the right at all
@ThePhysicalTherapyAdvisorКүн бұрын
Instead of doing this technique with rotation/turning the head, try doing it with side bending.

This is my third day not being able to move my head. I’ve had 10 car accidents. Five of them rear renders herniated discs no surgeries. Osteoarthritis degenerative disc disease. You have given me the best exercises. I found so far. It sounded like I was breaking my neck. It popped so loud, but it worked❤🎉❤🎉❤🙏🙏🙏

I have elbow and wrist pain from strenuous, repetitive activity at work. Lifting and pulling large amounts of laundry, over shorter periods of time, multiple times a day. Are these good exercises for that as well? Currently I'm doing a few different stretches, and using smaller weights to strengthen those muscles, but I'm not sure if I'm doing all I can for recovery.

After trying a million things, i can confirm this has the best results out of all self help techniques. Additionally, i recommend going to any massage person to get a neck and upper back massage. I got it from m barber and it did the trick for me. Then i continued this trick in video at home to get exponentially better results back to back.

So how about a more serious like a dislocated skull, not a decapitated skull, a dislocated skull which is a like a more serious kinked neck? I ask about it because of the fact that when I was in middle school, I was literally half awake and half asleep. I tossed and turned violently as I was waking up and had enough force to force myself into the air and when I went down I landed back onto the bed when my fist was near my left temperal lobe. Up was right. Down was left. My parents nobody realize that something was wrong since I was pushing myself to through the pain to relocate my head back correct-ish onto my neck without anyone's help. And looking like a giraffe looking down while tilting their head to the right with a little droopyness.

Well I am not to familiar with an injury like this. So I cannot comment if it would be an appropriate technique. I am glad you were able to recover though. The body is very resilient.
