No need gloves, just wash your hands before and after you eat. Learn to eat with one hand only so your other hand is free to hold other things.

Well, having breakfast at the office restricted my option for home cooked breakfast. It's either tapau or making instant oatmeal.

You can find really cheap food for breakfast and lunch on working days at Medan Selera Boustead, 8th floor Boustead car park block (entrance at Lorong Ceylon, lift next to car park entrance, behind Menara Boustead). Indian for breakfast and lunch, chinese for lunch. I can get fried rice or noodles with egg at RM4 for breakfast from the Indian stall. Chinese stall opens at lunch time (recommended to come at 12pm). Sells soup varieties like Lotus Root, Watercress, Old cucumber, delicious ABC (carrot, potatoes, onions, tomatoes and chicken), salty vegetables and some herbal soup. You can add a few dishes and rice as well. They also sell claypot chicken rice and hot pan noodles. Indian also sells mixed rice at lunch time. You can get them at extremely affordable price. Got some malay stalls as well. There is also chinese mixed rice for lunch at the temple next to the building on working days as well. They have full vegetarian dishes at least once a month. Check with them for vegetarian days. As for Nasi Lemak alternative, you can find two malay brothers selling nasi lemak on working days, 7.30am-9am for cheap at Jalan Tengah (behind Holiday Inn Express at Jalan Raja Chulan). Unfortunately, its take away only and long queue. I can get nasi lemak with beef rendang at RM6.50 for today's prices.

I dont understand some other countries that have restaurants that dont allow take-away if you dont finish your food, like we PAID for it, better to take it home rather than waste it all 🤔 unless you’re at a bbq place or sukiyaki or buffet - then, it’s understandable to not allow take away.. my family even brought our own containers for when we didnt finish our abundant meal, even for drinks, too!
