Combination of radiator cover not letting in enough airflow and also needing to wash my radiator with water to clean it up some also. My new Renegade 1000 overheated on a 75f day after riding in deep mud/water due to the radiator getting clogged with debris/mud/grass/whatever. Hit the trail after riding in the deep mud and then it over heated. Lucking a water hole was nearby and we rinsed off tge radiator as good as possible, which fixed that problem. Fyi radiator on my renegade is in stock location. Now I see why everyone relocates the radiator up higher.

@Temptation_Offroad okay that's good and that's what I did to the atv but still Overheating so I think water damage to the ecu Computer

@@davidmcelwee156 Yes, you have to pull them out to adjust, but once they are set your good to go. What year is your truck? They make 2 different ones, some that are for like 09-12 Ram and some that are for the 13-18ram i believe. As far as the rest not working I would check to see if they are connected correctly. Mine were plug and play, worked perfect and didn't throw any error codes. If you still have trouble contact Lesem and they should have a solution for you.

@@davidmcelwee156 Remember to run a small bead of sealant around the whole edge where the clear lens and housing meet. Otherwise enjoy the headlights! They are awesome!

The DRL's don't work , marker lights don't work blue strip light doesn't work and it throws a code that the passenger side low beam is out when I turn on high beams . The highs and lows work . Very bright but hard to adjust . You have to completely remove the grille and headlight to adjust the height . Not as easy to adjust as factory headlights . I need to adjust at a later date . Very disappointed that I spent $800.00 on these .

@@DeviantCanuck Its best to take tgem out adjust and bolt it down asolid again. That is a common issue for most Headlights on these trucks. Its a bad design by Ram.

@@DeviantCanuck Glad you like them! They do look really nice and hardly anyone is rocking these. The perform great, look great, just have to run a small bead of sealant around em to make sure they are totally sealed up and then the adjustment screw. Those are the only 2 small issues of which I let the manufacturer know of. So hopefully they can work to correct it.

@@cwalton9995 You didn't hook them up wrong did you? Wonder if yours need some kind of resistor maybe. I would reach out to the company and ask them. Mine are still doing great and working like day 1

@@anthonyrobinson3639 I took them back off honestly, too heavy of a tire and it robs a lot of top end speed. I much prefer the stock cryptids for all around use. Im sure these would do good in the mud, but i dont ride straight mud enough to keep them on all the time. I might try swapping them onto the renegade 1000 and see how i like them on there....

Thanks for the update, I'm not sure what happened to them. They use to be really good, but I noticed a lot of products show out of stock on their website now also. I was going to order another airbox seal for my new renegade but they were out. Who else sells gaskets like these for the CanAms?

🤔Good question! I don't remember right off hand. I will do some checking.

They have been great so far, no issues and no trouble with the blue light either. But i either run with the lights off or on and not just with parking lights on.

@@mcham0846 Welcome, my only suggestion is before installing make sure to reseal around the whole headlight housing with some kind of black sealant. Once that is done let it dry and then install and enjoy! Mine have been awesome so far and they have great light output.

Excellent! Very nice headlights, never been bugged about the blue line in them either. However I don't run with just parking lights on by themselves much either. Either headlights on or all the lights off.

Correct 4 straps would be best! 2 over the top 1 on each end holding in place.

You can just unplug the tuner, use the Simple Key and then when finished replug in the Tuner. You should NOT have to change anything once you plug in the tuner again.

Vent tube, to let tge tank breathe. Let fumes out etc.

You have to have 1 original key fob for the vehicle that can start the vehicle I believe. I had 1 original, but my remote start didn't work on it and after programming my new key fobs with this Simple Key device the remote start and all functions on the new fobs worked perfectly. Hope this helps.

You did run a small bead of black silicone sealant around where the clear plastic meets the black housing right? This is a must do and the only downside to the headlights. Otherwise they are excellent!

As I understand it, you can use any of the fobs regardless of the buttons that are on it. However, only the features that are on your vehicle will be programmed and work. If your vehicle does not have remote start, it will not magically be created.
