In 68, Dave Edmunds played with the Love Sculptures, I loved that song and the fabulous playing of Dave, I was 19, still love it!

Now there are some average guitar players and good guitar players, but Christ that's good, even great guitar players can't keep up with that, and some good work with the rest of the band

This concert was on television at the time I was in secondary school. My die-hard metal fans (me included) were absolutely raving about Dave Edmunds' performance over all of the others.

I had never heard of him either till he did an ad on TV! Started looking him up and have been a fan ever since! Guy is as good as they come!

Should also listen to Dave playing Bizet's Farandole from around the same time as Sabre Dance. Edmunds is an amazing guitarrist ,of course I'm a little biased being a fellow Taff.
