I battled my bullies once. Parents did not teach me how to, either by beingtoo kind or too idealistic. But Karate gym(popular thing back inn90s) did. After having trained t with a grown men in the same gym for a year or two it was not scarry at all to stand up to bullies, even 3 years older then me. I was 12 back then KO-ed my bully in front of my class. And he was kind of a gang member.. So many people. Would try to bit a sh%t out of me through the entire high school.. Even attacking on groups. It was a weird time.. Going to school i had no idea if i would come home alive. I even made aknuckle duster to even the chances, luckely never used it. Putting it on once and hitting the side of a brick wall was enough to scarry shit out of ppl who attack in groups.

I think he was genuinely happy at the sarcastic compliment, knowing it was sarcastic but still taking it for face value. Amazing show.

I've never liked bullying as a kid and I don't like it as an adult. There's just no place for it in a civilized world. Bullies are nothing but chicken shit cowards.

I tried the cops at front door one on Chula Vista P.D here in San Diego in 2021 when they came about a noise complaint and it WORKED!!! It took me saying it for about 20 straight minutes but they did leave! 😁

Those only thing closest to a bully, was a guy two years older, big football guy... I was 6'2 at 13 and fat, so noone ever really messed with me until the really big dude talked shit, called me fat.. he walked away, i chucked a gobstobber at his head..(of course my pudgy ass had candy) After gym, he sees me 10ft behind him just walking, says to his buddy "thats the kid right there.. "im gonna..." His buddy says "thats *my brothers name* little name" .. cant recall if he apologized or asked me if im related to my brother... Either way, shut that sh down immediately. At least one upside to getting my ass kicked by a brother whole child hood. That and i wasnt afraid of a beating.

Every tele marketer that rings me cops " I don't answer questions" now . try it it's fun as.
@davidmaestas568015 күн бұрын
So unrealistic. Those cops can detain him for not being cooperative. I dont know how they do it in whatever fictional TV country this is depicting, but, here in the states, you pull that "I dont't answer questions" nonsense, repetedly, then, you get taken in for 'obsrtuction of justice'.
@TimberlakeTigerGirl13 күн бұрын
Thats not how the law works. Cops, under real law, cannot detain anyone unless they have probable cause. The guy wasn't screaming, he wasn't being aggressive, he simply exercised his 5th Amendment right to remain silent. Since he was being polite and calm, they had no reason to detain him.

1:15 what rules would that be? I looked up on this game, doesn't say anything about take other people's gifts!
@mikeincanada_15 күн бұрын
“Dirty Santa” consists of selecting a new gift from under the tree or stealing a gift from someone who has already picked one. If your family plays this game, you know the rule.

While I like the scene, this was the only moment that was unrealistic. I can't imagine the parents not intervening, I can't imagine the sister not intervening, and I can't imagine any adult doing that to a child.

I knew a boy who got bullied by teachers in grade school, so his auntie worked for the school board and the superintendent of the school board was her boss & close friend. So on a day that parents could have lunch w/their child his auntie came with the superintendent to have lunch with the bullied child that teachers had been bullying. Every teacher at the teacher's table stared in disbelief and the superintendent walked over to pull one abusive teacher aside and talk to her. He told her the child was his nephew and he'd have her job if she bullied another child. From then on that child was no longer bullied by any teachers.
