Art is the distillation of the best part of the artist. The show-runner might be unkind to Elliot Page, but the better part of him gave room for Viktor Hargreeves to unfold and gain acceptance. Elliot Page didn't walk out on this show, and neither should we.

You're finally to the point where I can talk about this season! It's been a long time! I was conflicted too while you were still Mauve and Otis OTP. Otis and Ruby are cute together. I did want Mauve and Isaac together but then I changed my mind. I'm with you about aliens. Chances are that there are other life forms out there, but no way they look like we portray them. I doubt any other life form has visited our planet. The universe is vast so there's likely something out there. Part of me wonders if a life form evolves enough to visit other planets, then they blow themselves up before getting anywhere. Cal's dysphoria definitely was triggered.

Technically this is very important in more ways then one because in the comics waller makes tons of anti justice league teams so this just one of many so this lays the ground work for waller future plans . I love this trailer it's so good already my new favorite show

I know I'm late to the party, but I'm really happy you like this episode. I read the Sensational She-Hulk comics and totally loved this show. I thought every episode got better and better. But everyone seemed to like this series, or they liked some episode over others. So it's nice to see someone who likes this show as much as I do

I love how we see dragons finding their riders. Seasmoke chose his former riders brother Vermithor chose his former riders grandson Silverwing is just an old lady who likes to go for walkies and saw Ulf and was like “oh! human! Let’s go out for a jaunty stroll around town..” love it! ps. I’m also in Ohio and was going to go to Wavecon but didn’t know anyone else going... boo. I should’ve bought a ticket 😢

Jace is right - Rhaenyra is using a short-term solution that will create a long-term problem. Jace's legitimacy is already questionable because he lacks Valyrian features and last season the entire court heard Vaemond call him a bastard. Jace's saving grace was that he had a dragon as proof of his Valyrian blood. But now if other silver-haired bastards, with bigger dragons, continue living after Rhaenyra dies, any of them could challenge his legitimacy. Rhaenyra is playing a very risky move by taking the symbol of her house's power and legitimacy, then handing it out to low-borns she doesn't know and can't completely trust - she's sowing the seeds for another Dance of Dragons even if she wins this war.

I feel like so many people watching the scene between Jace and Rhaenyra miss the point Jace was trying to make and then hate on him. Jace has been harassed by the greens and their supporters through his whole childhood because of his parentage. Having a dragon his own was a reminder of his identity, that he actually is a legitimate Targaryen. But if any bastard could claim a dragon, what does that make him? Hes also has been saying through out this whole season how insecure he is about his legitimaty and how he wants to fight for it so he is seen worthy for the throne, so it's no surprise that he finally brought it up. What if those new riders just decide to switch up on them and want to have their own claim to the throne? What if Rhaenyra dies, Jace is her heir, will those men in her council and the rest of the realm that are loyal to Rhaenyra wanna fight for him? Those bastards look more Targaryen than Jace and who is to say that the realm won't change their loyalty because of that. Let's not forget the fact that they now got dragons that are way larger than Jace's own, he would have no chance against them

How can you say the Captain Carter episode was great? That one was awesome. I loved seeing Peggy kick ass! I know I'm writing this after the fact; so talking about how Captain Carter becomes a major part of Season 2 was for the reason everyone loved that episode

I guess kate hate what anthony did wih Mr. Dorset other than the deception to distract her but also cuz he kinda put little hope on kate finding partner 😅 She is consider old and she is penniless. Her sister dowry will be paid by the grandparent if she married properly. And kate?? She is going back ALONE and penniless...well maybe mary or edwina will be generous and give her some money. But kate being kate....i hardly think she is hoping for that😢

The painting was to divert your attention from what was really happening. Like the cast, everyone's attention was on something else. Where it was the painting's case opening and closing, or watching Birdie dance. The whole idea was so you didn't pay attention to Miles handing his drink to Duke. So when Miles said Duke took his drink, that's what we all remember. 😅

Every time I see anything about the Rings of Power show one phrase comes to mind; “Beauty without intelligence is like a masterpiece painted on a napkin.” The show is all flash and no substance. I agree, the show has moments where it looks amazing. But that’s all it is, looks. For example, the creation of Mt Doom/Mordor, looked pretty awesome. But we are to believe all those people, are fireproof? A pyroclastic flow is between 200 and 700 degrees Celsius! Thats 392 to 1292 degrees Fahrenheit folks. I could see if they were on the very edge of it, but it barreled right over them. Galadriel and the Numenorians traveled from the island of Numenor to the south lands and arrived at precisely the right time for the fight? I prefer lore based stories yes, but bottom line it has to be logical and coherent or it is just a bunch of pretty lights put up to keep your attention. I have valid reasons for disliking much of this series. Saying most of us hate something, just to hate it, shows how small minded some people are. And @Martin-bf3by, try reading Tolkiens works, this show really only uses names and places from them and does not depict them accurately. The man spent decades honing these works. The fact decades later they are still relevant enough that people want to see them brought to life should say more then enough that what was written by the man was good enough to endure, so why change it? Side note: If the Tom Bombadil in the show acts as he is written in the books, whimsical, talking in rhyme and song and showing no real interest in the goings on of the world other then his corner and Goldberry, I would forget all the rest. There’s a good reason he’s never been in any other visual/video media of these stories. If you don’t know why, read up on him. I guarantee what you read of him from Tolkien will be far better than how he will be in this show.
