I took a cold shower every day for 30 days! It was tough at first but after three days I became used to it.
I was very impressed with the weight loss and body tightening.

Just lowered calories and carbs. I also do a lot of walking

Good luck! I split about 50/50 morning night. First thing definitely wakes you up though and I feel was more beneficial

hey, i am trying to lose over 20 kgs (around 45 lbs), i gained this weight after i had an accident and was on bed rest. what do u recommend is the best way to do this? considering you have a lot of experience

Hi. Sorry to hear of you accident. I find walking really good about 8 - 10k steps. Also lowering carb and calories and increase protein

As long as the weight-loss ain't in a short amount of time the skin shouldn't be too loose. Anyway, loose skin is pretty common when losing a big amount of weight.

It seems like you keep losing and regaining the same weight in these videos. Maybe go 6 months and see if you can maintain fat loss.

A video on that would be more interesting, what you did in a year or two to get and stay fit. Cold therapy is one tool to increase brown fat but if you stop doing it? what else did you do? Alot people drop big pounds on a fast and gain it all back within 2 months.

I hate these vids.... looks like he did all of his accomplishments just by doing the discipline in the video. In fact, he did spend a lot of time for a lot of stuff. Did he not have to go to work? Don't get me wrong.... he did good. But the vids are misleading, and what happened after 86kg???
