Thanks for sharing this John. Places I'll probably never see... even when I DO manage to hit the road. I don't reckon my Motorhome would cut it, out there... 😁😄 I'm guessing you have tubed tyres, so can't really use tyre-plugs to fix the flat... Oh, well "stuff" happens, eh...

Thanks Steve! I reckon you could do most of it in a motorhome, or have fun trying! No tubed tyres and yes, bought a plug kit afterwards although it was a decent gash, not sure that a plug would have done. First flat in well over 20 years, wasn't ready for it!

They better cancel the development I mean who's going to buy these houses. Foreign investors. Cancel the plan to build those houses on that land. And put it back how it was please . Stop killing our environment for money

“The Department for Energy and Mining (DEM) delivers the government's commitment to reduce energy costs, improve energy reliability and reduce emissions from power generation” According to the above statement on the SA Gov website, the environment is not part of their mandate. Surely, this comes under the jurisdiction of Minister David Spiers and the Dept of Environment and Water (DEW). “The Department for Environment and Water (DEW) plays a significant role in managing the state's unique natural environment for the prosperity and wellbeing of current and future generations of South Australians”.

Great insights into the machinations at play with this situation, thanks for creating this and sharing it. 7:20 it's too late! That was included in a DEM statement a few days back, they were the three words that shook me to the core of my being, a get-out-of-jail-free card for the miner.
