Hi! I'm honoured that you feel that way. Just had a look at some of yours and it makes me wish that I just had the time these days to dedicate to CG. I always loved tinkering with the design, and the challenge of giving some emotive moment reminiscent of the original era operators. Keep the excellent work.

The trail is set between revelation & remebrance (which also sets up an audio adventure entitled”Davros”), however this scene and 3 other parts are audio intros for”I, Davros”a genesis story about Davros became to be before Genesis Of The Daleks.

It’s more a "lesser evil" thing. Spoilers for Enemy of the Daleks below… The "atrocity" that the Seventh Doctor intends to bring about is the extinction of a race called the Kiseibya (I can’t remember the exact spelling of the name). They’re a species genetically engineered by Professor Shimura, a scientist at the Roarke 279 research facility on the planet Bliss. Shimura engineered the Kiseibya to effectively be a natural predator against the Daleks, as adult Kiseibya feed only on metal, whereas newborn Kiseibya feed only on flesh. So basically, the adult Kiseibya feed on Dalek casings, then lay their eggs within the Dalek mutant, and when they hatch, the newborn Kiseibya feast on the Dalek mutant. Within a day, the newborns become adults, and the cycle starts again. Shimura was funded by the Earth government to create a weapon that could be used against the Daleks in the Dalek Wars; he decided that the Kiseibya would be the best weapon against the Daleks, as he believed that the lack of a species that naturally preyed upon the Daleks was what allowed the Daleks to become such a formidable force in the first place. But the Seventh Doctor seeks to wipe out the Kiseibya completely at the moment of their creation, as he recognises that, with their extremely voracious appetite and desire to reproduce eclipsing any potential for them to become a civilised species, the Kiseibya would eventually start destroying all life in the galaxy, possibly the universe, once they’d eventually wiped out the Daleks (and they’re immune to Dalek gunsticks, plus this is pre-Time War, so the Kiseibya are a genuine threat to the Daleks). The whole scenario strongly echoes Genesis of the Daleks, and the final part of the story explicitly drives this home. TLDR: the Seventh Doctor is "saving the Daleks" in the sense that he's destroying a species that could wipe out the Daleks with ease, but would destroy all life in the galaxy soon afterwards, including all of humanity. At least the human race stands a chance against the Daleks…

Chibnall actually treated the Daleks better than Moffat honestly. 🤷‍♂️

He did the daleks better than Moffatever did. Moffat had them miss constantly, stand around and even said the casing does the hating when that’s not true Chibnall had them kill, be relentless, pushing that girl to exhaustion and barking that she get back to work. If it was Moffat, he’d have it so the dalek let her rest.

All the modern writers should watch Genesis, Power, Evil, possibly Remembrance, and Dalek to then work out how and why the Daleks have become 💩💩💩💩 ever since.
