Yup sound deadener makes for a far quieter car. And easy to put in while the quarter is off. Nearly impossible later. The factory used a spray on material similar to 3m shutz

It has been really nice here in Naxos again. They are doing some serious work with barges and big crane in the harbour after that collapse you talked about. The sun beds have increased dramatically in price (€25-40 a set now), but the restaurant prices have not changed much. We do our daily walk from Prokopios to the bottom and of Placa beach. 11km round trip. Then I did a 90 minute swim in crawl out to the northern tip of Prokopios bay in the afternoon. If I did this much exercise at home I would be in much better shape.

Awesome. If I come up with anything to give you I'll drop it off with my friend over at Xenia hotel close to where waffle House used to be. We havent bought our plane tickets but are getting close. Late September. Holding off cause one of our cats has had some issues and want to make sure he is ok. We never did the sun beds we usually get an ATV and check out the villages etc. I want to stay in mountsaona or somewhere else this time. My friend lives on the north end of the island 300 meters from the water and may stay up there instead. No plans till we get plane and ferry tickets. Prices are much lower this year.

@@theinfernalcraftsman We are real beach bums. We always stay in Prokopios. We have been here about 10-12 times in 22 years, but only ever rented a car once, for one day, and drove up the north , then north to south down the middle of the island and back up the coast to Prokopios. We do tend to take the bus to Chora one time each visit. We did that a couple of days ago :)

What were you even hanging that off of, the ends of a bolt on the garage track? Shortcuts sometimes end up costing you more time.

The bolt holes in the deck lid were stripped just enough that they seemed ok but on the 3rd time hanging it up one pulled out and the other went as well. No short cuts it's common practice to hang panels on far flimsier stands.

We used similar seam sealers on antennas on aircraft when I was in the USAF. One of the things we did to smooth it out without it sticking to our fingers was to spray windex on our fingers. Smoothing out the beads was a breeze.

Been running like new ever since. That said it was so dry last year I only cut twice. Already 4 times this year and it starts immediately every time. The point of the video was to show it being done. Now I need to do some mods to it as I really wish it had more power. I replaced all but one of the pulleys recently because the sand I have ruins bearings very fast. One pulley is a royal pain to get to and fortunately it wasn't making much noise.

How high from floor to rocker for clearance when rotating (I have 67 so I'm assuming to made a few for inches)
@theinfernalcraftsman
@theinfernalcraftsman 3 ай бұрын
The 67 is about 3" wider at the mod to top of door area. Same floor pan though. I don't know exactly how high it was but if I were to do an educated guess the ponchweld was around 36" off the floor. There are the dimensions of the pivot points in a comment I left for another and you can use that to roughly calculate the flange height. I still had way more than enough room. A 67 wouldn't have really been any different on it from my perspective.
