Pork on a stick, one of my favorite treats. From street vendors or restaurants, it is always good! I am from the U.S., retired, mostly living in Manila. I enjoy pork on a stick for the flavor and the economical price. I will send this recipe to my sisters back in the U.S. and suggest they make it for their families. Thank you.

I freakin love their pizza and mojos. It's just sooo good. Even if it is pricey. It's sad because the one in my city closed down. Now I gotta go a city over if I want some. :(

Crispy Pata is one of my favorite treats. It is wonderful when cooked correctly. I love to eat it. I enjoy nibbling on the bone, but be careful. The pork bone is very hard and if you bite on it too hard you can chip your teeth, so nibble carefully. Thank you for the video and the recipe.

. If it was really that good why the need to dress it up with an egg or mayonaise. For Sisig to regain legitimacy, it needs to be authentic. Meat from the head of the pork is sold on BBQ sticks. No one talks about it. It has a name and it is very cultural, the masses can actually afford to buy it. It is basically sisig on a stick. But it is significantly cheaper. Sisig is grilled. Sadly in a lot of places it is friend and pork belly or minced pork is used.

Lumpia Shanghai is not a big deal to Filipinos, until recently due to social media. It is not something people really care about. But since a lot of Filipino know little about their own culture, they just accept what the media told them.

corruption does that. Caterers love serving Lumpia because it is a cheap way to fill the plates.
