Is the height adjustable for the heavybag? My basement ceiling is kind of shorter.

Number 1: FANTASTIC job!!! Number 2: Wrap your hands (just in case). Number 3: Do a 30 day challenge of “trapping” the speed bag. Seriously, search it on KZfaq. There is one guy from Texas who does an absolute beautiful demonstration. It is hard, but a really good workout. Keep up the hard work!! Oh yeah, you’ll never lose the timing. It’s like riding a bike. Once you learn how, you never lose it. Well, unless you suffer massive brain trauma. So don’t let that happen.

I've worked out on traditional heavy bags kzfaq.infoUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.

I purchased both the medium kzfaq.infoUgkxfh2XUOHWYHKQYOvSq2gZ6PyCmVkTFGWz and small speed bags from Meister. I'm very glad I got both as the workout is quite different from the two. The small is fantastic for getting your speed built up once familiar with your striking. The medium bag provides a considerable amount more resistance building more strength in your punches. I highly recommend both sizes. Some people have expressed concern over the latex bladder leaking down more frequently than the traditional rubber. I have not found this to be an issue at all.

It’s an $8 jump rope, what do you expect? Spend $45 and get a Crossrope if you want the best quality jump rope. But I have this Everlast speed rope AND a Crossrope, and I’ve had the Everlast for 3 years and it still performs fine. That breakage you showed looks like somebody stepped on the rope and pulled at it to snap it like that. It doesn’t look like a wear and tear break.
