Both bullies, exploiters, hideous - treating animals and little children like this just for a film is evil.

It's ridiculous there wasn't a big feature film made about her. They talked about it being with -------but never did it. I wonder why. The Nazi thing?

Greatgranddad owned the town bank. He went broke giving depositors their money back. My mother (born 1920) had to leave the big house in town and move to the old farm and the potty down the path out back so the big house could be rented out for income. She hated the farm. It affected her. 55 yrs later she sold it for half a million and she could buy all the French provincial furniture she wanted. Yuck, btw.

Nothing “wonderful” about her. Depraved and repugnant kind of woman. Faithless, untrustworthy, self-indulgent.

Viewers like descriptions. Bela Lugosi, John carradine and George zucco appear in this horror-mystery about a scientist who uses hypnosis to turn people into zombies! 🧟 he kidnaps women and uses them in his experiments to revive his 💀 dead wife! Where does zucco figure in all this business? Probably as a bystander! Love that ending line! 😊😊😊😊😊😊

Such a tedious, dysfunctional family. I had to slog through 49:35 to see the first believable and compelling emotions in this film, thanks to Bette Davis. Even the obnoxious kid brother showed some humanity.
