Not qin na, but very effective techniques. It's definitely clear where Judo and Jiu Jitsu originated from

Nice collection of techniques, methodically clear, but probably for intermediate or advanced levels. With all respects to Mr. Boris Chen, I would have started with beginners, to show them their minimum chances using simple versions of the combos´s, say, using leg s stops with legs, mirror palm blocks against hands, already seen there. What I liked was sidesteping against kicks which for beginners scould have beed followed by running away or puling or throwing the opponentt out of balance etc. Showing the levels in 1-20 minutes would also help them enjoying some success already at their own level. Many success and best regards. Paul, 68, retired instructor of sports Karate. .

red army's Sanda self defense techniques, it looks like. Sanda is a kickboxing style was not only influenced by chinese arts, but also by foreign arts like Muay Thai, TKD, Karate, boxing, and even Sambo. Some self defense techniques on the ground are probably from Sambo.

Любое разделение - конфликт. Зерно знаний и истины одно на весь свет, и как прекрасно, что все ещё передаётся из уст в уста, из души к другим душам. Давайте черпать знания и истину из всех источников, чтобы понять, где в них шелуха, а где золото

He starts with basic striking attacks and counters, ramps up the difficulty of the techniques, moves to grappling range and then shows how to use chin na in a practical setting. No use learning Chin Na if you don't know how to fight to begin with.

Why can't people just enjoy martial arts instructional videos without getting in the comments pretending they are fucking experts and all knowing critics of the arts? Do you all realize it just makes you look like weirdos and pussies who will never use this shit in life anyway? People who really are dangerous can tell. Like just shut the fuck up already...damn. "iTs nOT qIn nA" THEN MAKE A VIDEO SHOWING US WHAT IT IS.....orrrrrrrr SHUT THE FUCK UP.
