1:32:38 _HOT TIP_ - you can use airbrush flow improver to erase acrylic. It’s an amazing hack. Just make sure the layer below has cured for about 10 hours. Slap some flow improver, swish a bit, and rinse with a brush wet with water, then dry or soak up with a tissue.

14:53 the reason is because those particles linger for as much as 20-30 minutes! I measured and timed this on my air filter, which shows me how much stuff is in the air. What’s worse is the size of that particulate is the dangerous size (the smallest) that can get in your lungs. So keep your air filter running for 30 minutes AFTER spraying/working. Also the reason I moved my spray booth back into my garage.

This channel is so underrated … I’ve learned SO much and got so many great tips, tool recommendations and products from Kat… never heard of these things elsewhere I’m like… how much AM I missing out on, really??

Slap Chop using Black Templar Contrast is not bad. I'm doing it currently for my Black Templars. It's true the layering effect is diminished. Substantially. But if you use a strong white highlight layer it will peek through.

Zaq, the best way to unclog the little metal tubes for the Citadel plastic glue is to remove the metal tube from the applicator and turn it around. Stick the clogged end into the bottle and the vapors from the glue will unclog the tube for you in about 20 seconds. Almost all plastic glues contain Acetone, which is what partially melts the plastic. The Acetone evaporates and the plastic solidifies to form a strong bond. That's also why very old plastic glue becomes thicker and less effective - most of the Acetone has probably evaporated out of the solution. You can also use a lighter to clear the tube and melt the coagulated glue, but I don't recommend that because it's very easy for things to go wrong if you're not careful.
