I would like to see the stuff on Quails. Do i have an interest in raising Quails myself? Nope. I don't do outside, don't have the time plus i'm allergic to feathers. But i still wanna see it.

I like that quail coop design. I've been wanting to start raising them. I will say after having ducks and chickens for years the best anti rat and racoon thing I ever found was a Whippet. My new bane, a weasel.

Hey Shawn we recently found out there was a big mouse nest under our car. They made it on top of the gas tank under the back seat molding. The car wasn't driven a lot so they moved in. We only found out when it said the tank was empty when it was full. We took it in and the mice chewed a couple wires. Any suggestions to keep them from coming back?

Constant trapping. Put out a collection of traps in places people won't disturb them, check them every day, and re-bait them once a month or more often if they manage to eat any. Unfortunately being vigilant is the only way.

we had to do a border around the coop and have the wiremesh like the rest of your coop, attached to the sides but then going down and under about 18 inches. They like to dig at the corners not away from the coop. Though we still had rats getting under as they burrowed deeper.

We have an otter that investigates our quail coop. He can't get in as the chicken wire is dug six inches into the ground all around, and I wouldn't try to trap him so that's just as well.
