My friend let me add some more points to the theory. If you have seen Yuyu hakusho you know about a very important character Shinobu Sensui, this guy had multiple personalities and each one of them with different techniques that where even able to modify its own body, my point here is that Pariston might be a Personality develop by Sheila after the trauma she suffer from the loss of Sarasa, and since it's a different personality it will have its own nen type and probably the switch between them is no something conscious so it maybe a nen restriction

You could say she used nen manipulator abilities which is not to far fetched since Illumi can change his face and body for a limited time but it's to vague. So until we see what powers does Pariston have i'm not convinced about this theory. As a matter of fact back to the topic of Sheilla, if she were to have manipulator abilities and could change her body, how much time can she spend as "Pariston" does it have a limit? Did she made a nen pact? Now that i'm thinking making a nen pact could be plausible because if she plotted the phantom troupe massacre, before she "died" or "got killed by a kurta member" nen becomes strong after death she could do the same as Hisoka giving a command like "when i came back to life make me a different person" sort of deal and comes back as Pariston. But like i said it's all to vague Pariston is still a mystery and unless we have smoking hot evidence or some sub plot shenanigans that confirms that Sheilla is indeed Pariston i'm not convinced.

I am currently doing a deep dive analysis on Pariston, and I must say I got absolutely obsessed with this theory. There are too many coincidences and parallels that point at this, and it would totally be in character for Togashi to write a gut-wrenching plot twist like this. When thinking about HxH I often think back to what Ging said to Cheadle, and I can't help but think the line "You're a hunter, figure the rest out yourself" generally applies to what Togashi wants from the readers. In a sense, we're all hunters, and he often leaves clues and hints in his work that we have time to observe and analyze, and I feel like this theory is too good to be just a coincidence. If it turns out to be true, Togashi really is a genius... and also a bit of an ass for putting poor Kurapika through all that :D

Kite didn’t appear in episode 1 and how they handled Ging leaving Gon and how why Gon wants to become a hunter with full context. It’s obvious that the director of 2011 hates these 3 characters.

I personally never felt a disconnection when watching the anime and getting introduced to Kite. I think it wasn’t as big of an issue as people on the internet make it out to be. I still saw Kite as a big brother from Gon’s perspective with how much time he spent with Ging and having had to find him on his own, so it felt natural enough without having the backstory. I’ve heard critiques that the series has a slow start already, so watching Gon go off on his journey in episode 1 was paced well enough for me at least.
