I will be harvesting potatoes for the first time this year. German Butterballs. Do you get many potatoes fruit? I got one fruit out of 30 plants
@LivingintheTennesseeBottoms12 сағат бұрын
WE WOULD NEED TO KNOW MORE DETAILS ABOUT SUCH THINGS AS : HOW DEEP YOU PLANTED , WAS THEY PLANTED ON FLAT GROUND OR A BED , WAS SOIL COMPACTED OR LOOSE , WHAT MONTH WERE THEY PLANTED AND WHEN WERE THEY DUG , BY CHANCE WERE THEY PLANTED EYES DOWN OR UP , WET OR DRY DURING GROWING ? SO THE BEST IS TO CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL EXTENSION OFFICE AND THEY WILL POINT YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION . I AM CURIOUS TO KNOW SO IF YOU COULD GIVE AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE WE WOULD BE GLAD TO HELP . THANKS FOR WATCHING !

Makes it taste richer. But so will chicken boullion (sp). Also you can add flour and make your gravy thicker and it will taste richer. Cream of chicken soup helps make very good gravy.

Doesn't the bible say that the seventh day is the day of rest? God rested on the seventh day after creation, Jesus waited until Sunday to rise from the dead. If you're trying to listen to God why disregard one of the ten commandments?

I never understand why people put cream of chicken in everything they make. I know it wasn’t around back when our grandmother’s made dumplings.
@LivingintheTennesseeBottoms17 күн бұрын
i dont know cream of chicken came to the stores. i didnt have it growing up or not even when i first got married but after all these years cooking sometimes i change recipes up.
@aliceserna6149 күн бұрын
Cream of chicken may not have been around in a can but it's been around. As a teen it was in our cabinets, and if not we had learned from our mom tips and tricks or how to dress up anything mainly in making a gravy. And sage, it totally enhances a multitude of meats great on pork, in sausage and if you think about all the poultry seasoning that ends up after Xmas I use it the same way. I definitely heard her say 'this is the way I make it' or better yet she said 'her grandkids love it' you cook for the ones you love and you add what y'all like not just by a recipe. I was raised on flat dumplings but 2 of my kids love drop ones so I go back and forth. I think if it's there try it, if it ain't that great omit it next time. My opinion is the same as it's my opinion my kitchen my rules. My Daddy was not a mean man but if our mama cooked it we ate it or we could hear about how bad it was during the depression. I'll get off my soap box now.
@sydneybeanpug3 күн бұрын
I don't understand what you mean. Just because it wasn't around years ago doesn't mean we can't use it now. That is how recipes are made. To each their own.

You are so right when you say once they start getting out it is almost impossible to stop them. We had a Great Pyrenees and American bulldog mix and she was about ten years old before she ever got out. When our other dog died she started getting out and we worked everyday trying to do anything we could to keep her in the fence. She ate through two by fours, she ate a hole in a chain link fence, my husband biult all our fences up to about seven foot high and she learned to climb over it. She was a good dog though. We think the coyotes were calling her out at night. She would come home bloody the next morning. One day we were grilling out and she jumped the fence and started pulling me by the shirt to the back yard and their was the nieghbors horse tangled up in their barb wire fence. She brought me back there to get the horse loose. We got her loose and she just nuzzled our Maggie may thanking her i think. She was a good dog. We miss that girl so much.
