What happened during the fight was that Unicron took control of the Nullifier by using his spark. His spark can control every piece of technology and he used it to destroy Galactus . But Galactus escaped the Nullifier's effects by hiding in a pocket dimension.

Here are some a few of the many things that made this my favourite Death Battle ever The scope of the fight, remember back in Thanos VS Darkseid when they became planet sized towards the end of the fight and started beating each other with other planets? Galactus VS Unicron made that the default here, afterwards they become bigger than galaxies and throwing them at each other instead. Heck, Galactus VS Unicron is actually one of only TWO Death Battles where one of the combatants destroys an entire planet just as the battle is starting, the first one was Beerus VS Sailor Galaxia. The little details, notice how after they become Galaxy sized in the fight, we see tiny specks floating around in front of them that weren’t there before? That’s because those are stars, they’re just so big now that stars look like specks of dust floating through space to them. Also the black hole that we see in the background around the time the vocals start in the music track. And lastly, when Galactus grabs onto planet earth with his hand at the start of the fight, we see a ripple effect happen but no other damage is made, not only because his body is composed of energy, not matter, but also because while he’s not good, he’s not evil either, whereas when Unicron grabs onto it with his hand, the planet starts heating up on the surface and turning black and orange, like the planet is dying right where Unicron’s hand is touching, implying the exact opposite of Galactus, cause Unicron’s body is physical, but also because Unicron is the physical embodiment of evil. The dialogue, notice how after they become the size of galaxies, they start speaking in rhymes. “Beg not for mercy, behold blackened skies, against mine chaos, even gods will die” “Galactus meets your challenge, hears your call, this world, we’ll bring destruction to it all”, after they both become Galaxy sized, they weren’t just rhyming, they were speaking in iambic pentameter. Also Galactus’ “begone” from earlier in the fight as he telekinetically throws planets at Unicron? Chills man. The music, way more befitting of a fight between universal threats than what we got in Thanos VS Darkseid (which was a rap song), Tiggs did a fantastic job of making the fight more dramatic with her vocals. And that one scene where Galactus threw five or six planets at Unicron, the buildup in both Galactus’ power and in the music gets me hyped every time, then after Unicron get hit with them, and is sent sailing through space, that slight pause in the music with the guitar, right before Unicron recovers and grabs a freaking SUN as he passes by and hurls it back at Galactus, that’s when the vocals start, and when they do, CHILLS MAN, EVERY TIME.

Bro, you HAVE to react to SCP 4812, 4840, and 6666 in that order. They’re some of the highest quality SCP’s on the site and are part of the same shared universe as the guy who wrote 1730. He also wrote SCP-001: The Ouroboros Cycle and The Department of Abnormalities.

Right off the bat, a squad of mercenaries.

Revenant is the frame that doesn't die. He fused himself with the Eidolon that would terrorize the Plains of Cetus at night, and jumped into the lake, effectively forcing the Eidolons to return to the lake at sunrise. Enthrall is his mind control ability. Enthralled enemies can "spread the infection" by attacking others. Thralls who die leave behind a damaging pillar of energy that's very useful if they're killed in doorways an other choke points. It's got an augment that increases his primary weapon damage per active thrall. Mesmer Skin gives him temporary invulnerably and puts enemies that attack him to sleep, allowing him to use use Enthrall on them for no energy cost. The number of stacks increases with his ability strength, and there's an augment for it that gives 5 stacks to squad mates who are within affinity range on cast. Reave is where he turns into mist and moves forward at high speeds. It does extra damage to Thralls, and can add a stack of Mesmer Skin to allies and pets. There's an augment for it that extends the range he travels with it and blinds enemies caught in it. Danse Macabre is the laser fingers spin. It gets more powerful as Revenant is attacked while it's active, and tunes itself to the the damage type that whatever it's hitting is weakest to. I main Revenant and find myself often playing field medic.

7:30 Another good one is "Love Craftian" being interchangeable with Cosmic Horror. So bad ass to have a genre named after you.
