Hi, part-time working is allowed on a student residence permit; see www.studyinfinland.fi/life-finland/working-finland - do note that it's a good idea to start learning Finnish a bit already before your arrical, since knowing the local language increases you options for part-time jobs too. Hi there, the Finnixh universities do offer scholarships for international (mainly non-EU) students admitted to their fee-charging programmes, see www.studyinfinland.fi/scholarships and www.studyinfinland.fi/admissions/fees-and-costs - but the available schlarships are mainly meant for covering the tuition fee; usually int'l students need to be able to cover their living costs independently... would there be any "study abroad" type of scholarships available from your home country? @@omerk_k - as we explain on our site, you can search for the available programmes at www.studyinfo.fi - you should first search for the programmes you'd be interested in, THEN you can find out about the details with the university. Hi. Nice Video. Can one use the UAS bachelors degree outside of finland? Maybe like to apply for work or further studies in the Uk, US, Australia and canada. Also are the internships paid?
@studyinfinland
@studyinfinland Жыл бұрын
Hi there! The academic or professional recognition of a higher education degree is always decided on in the country where one applies for studies/work, so it's not for us in Finland to decide ultimately - but the Finnish higher education degrees follow the European 3+2 years (bachelor+master) framework so they're quite likely to be recognised - however as said it's always the university/employer in country X that ultimately decides what eligibility your quelifications give. As for internships (if you mean the internhips that are part of an UAS degree) - whether they are paid rather depends - the Career Services of the UAS can advise you in more detail about the internship practicalities.

this is a panel discussion with women in science and technology in Finland. The panelists discuss their experiences in these fields, the challenges they face, and the advice they have for young women who are interested in pursuing careers in science and technology. The panelists talk about how they were inspired to pursue careers in science and technology, and the challenges they faced along the way. They also discuss the importance of having role models and mentors, and the need for more diversity in science and technology. The panelists offer advice to young women who are interested in pursuing careers in science and technology. They encourage young women to be confident in their abilities, to be persistent, and to never give up on their dreams. The video is a valuable resource for young women who are interested in pursuing careers in science and technology. It provides insights into the challenges and rewards of these fields, and it offers advice from successful women who have already made their mark in these fields. Here are some of the key takeaways from the video: Science and technology are important fields that are essential for the future of our world. Women are underrepresented in science and technology, but they are making great strides in these fields. There are many challenges for women in science and technology, but there are also many opportunities. Young women should be encouraged to pursue careers in science and technology.

Spending two hours a day researching into the future can be a powerful tool for personal and professional growth. With the right approach, this time can be used to uncover trends and new developments that can lead to a more successful future. The first step is to identify the areas of research that are most relevant to your interests. This can include topics such as current events, technology innovations, business trends, and social issues. You should also consider the resources available to you, such as online databases, library resources, and experts in the field. Once you have identified the areas that you want to focus on, you can begin to research them by reading articles, attending lectures and seminars, and talking to experts. After researching your chosen topics, it is important to make use of the information you have gathered. This can include creating reports, presentations, and plans that utilize the findings of your research. Additionally, you should make sure to stay up to date with new developments in the field and share your findings with others. Finally, it is important to take the time to reflect on the information you have found. This can help you to make more informed decisions in the future. Additionally, it can also help to develop your understanding of the topics you are researching. By spending two hours a day researching into the future, you can benefit from a wealth of information and knowledge that can lead to greater personal and professional success.
