I think we need a different profile on the left. For striker, if we wanted a false 9, then we should sign one of Zirkzee, AmineGouiri, GabrielVidovic or even FerranTorres or Liberali. If we wanted a taller profile, then Schick or Gyokeres would be great signings.

As a Dutch Ajax / Arsenal fan: for those who dont know, Taylor has Scottish ancestors. He is a good player for Ajax and still young, but I dont see a KDB in him. He is a playmaking 8, good with both feet, but I dont think he has the physicality for the Prem. He aint the quickest either. KdB is more of a goalscorer so I dont see that comparison at all. Stylistically he is closer to a Tielemans imo.

Are you going to create an agenda to keep Zinchenko in the team by putting him on the left side? Znchenko is the defensive liability and he is not physical enough to play with that position.

What about signing both Alphonso Davies and Amadou Onana? Davies gives us the overlap on the left, seems to be available, and would cause opponents to shift some of their focus to the left. Onana gives us the defensive stability to sit just in front of our center backs and allow Davies and White to bomb forward 🧐

Eze is skillful and tricky on the ball. I’m not saying he is on the same level, but he can do skill moves, just like Ronaldinho, Neymar, Figo, Mahrez or Hleb could do skill moves. What amazing about Eze is that he can also be wide playmaker at the same time, similar to BernardoSilva, Foden, ColePalmer or DavidSilva. Again, I’m not saying he is on the same level, but he can be that type of player. Martinelli and Saka need space to run into. Against a low block, they lack Ronaldinho/Neymar magic to dribble through tight spaces. And I don’t think they are Spanish enough to be a wide playmaker. The fact that Eze could do both, with good decision making, strength, pace and defensive contribution, is extremely incredible.

We became right side dominate because Arteta insisted that his boy Havertz stay in the middle and Martinelli had to stay wide to add the width for over 20 games. This killed the effectiveness of 2 positions as Havertz was very, very average as L8 and should never play there again. It also killed the strongest part of Martinelli's game, which was being able to cut inside. This only semi resolved itself when Jesus went down with injury and Havertz moved to the #9. This moved Rice to the L8, and it freed up the left side. It was more elastic in its structure, whereas with Havertz, it was very structured. This elasticity is what gave Trossard The ability to move inside and he made our opponents pay. The confusing part for me is after his injury and seeing how good we were with the LW moving inside Arteta forced Martinelli back to h I s original station suck wayvout on left as far away from goal as possible. When you look at the goals Martinelli scored this season, most of them came from him getting inside, which is what he was not allowed to do enough, and it killed his natural game. Combine this with the slow build-up style we played for over 20 games that hurt most of our front men you wind up getting a very unbalanced attack with Saka give the same freedom he had last year that proved effective. Just a shame it didn't apply to the right. it would have helped our breaking teams down a lot

I also wondered if Tonali would be available for a discount. DeJong’s wages, BrunoGuimaraes’ and DouglasLuiz’ transfer fees are expensive. Kimmich is getting old. Zubimendi is good but I don’t think he is as amazing as people are saying. Unuvar needs more experience. Sell Lokonga and Partey. Loan out ESR and Fabio. Reduce the wage bill, let them gain first team experience, and increase their market price.

Arteta's system and man management is guaranteed to bring the absolute best out of Rashford offensively and defensively. My only reservation would be his wages and transfer fee.
