I have purchased XR55X90L from Croma it was delivered on October 20th 2023 after 15 day of use the television screen had big dots and dirty screen i have called the Sony sonu service center and reported the issue and got a replacement of the television from your side and then the replacement television shows vertical and horizontal bending lines and have speakers issues the sound delivery is changed. And I have complaint on March 26th 2024 on the customer service number and next two days the senior engineer was visited and it notice that the speaker is not delivering the sound properly and the screen has vertical and horizontal bending lines and dirty screen effect on the television still there is no resolution provided till date. Service center person called and told me they wants to take my tv and they will open in service center. Which is not acceptable my new product how can i give to repair. I trusted sony brand because of the brand.I'm not satisfy with the resolution which was provided to me that will repair it. I don't want to repair my new tv within 5 months your product is defective and is has manufacturing defect so I want refund or replacement without any condition or replacement with the new product im not at all happy with your product and with your service I trusted on you because of japanese brand which are highly-qualified in Product quality check and punctuality and the country which manufacture has products with zero defect. And there is no reply from your escalation desk and as well as no phone call from your complaint team nor follow-ups to the customer. No support from your service center as well as no phone calls Worst service from your service center to customer care and from area service manager within 5 months, my two Sony Bravia TV's had been defective received pieces now they are not ready to replace or refund my money. No one is resolving my issue, and I'm not happy with your solution . There is no Higher authority mail id has been provided on your website, so there should be a ceo desk for complaints.This is not a dust issue the screen has vertical and bending lines horizontal also and you are saying there that it's environmental it's nonsense you can see in picture I have for given a proof what you cover. I do not want to repair my TV simply refund my TV amount and there is no reply from your side as well as the service centre this is what is your service I don't believe this is Sony service what you are giving me the resolution I am not happy with the resolution I want my TV amount full refund.

The sony bluray 5.1 E3200 with 1000w is awsome... it had a 3d bluray disc as well... I bought it in 2k17 and stillll it is far better than the new models of sony or any other brand.. ALso we are having Sony TV's. After 7 years, now only there was a small issue in the amplifier disc, that too due to a power fluctuation in our home, we were unable to source the mother board, so, we just plugged in all the speakers to an assembled amplifier, and.. the sound is still.. crystal clear and more louder than the original.. the potential ot sony systems are damn god gooooodddd... Hats of Sony....
